I've had this book pretty much forever, or so it seems, and sometimes it just leaps into my hands and I'm transported back to the 1980s. Humor was different back in the pre-Internet world, but it's hard to describe how. . . maybe less cynical and snarky. Still snide and cutting, but without any real malice I think. Anyway, I hadn't read this book in maybe 20 years and though I've read it before it's still an entertaining read.
