Stephen's Dare

This is the beginning of a series of short stories concerning a boy called Stephen who is ordinary in a family who are certainly not ordinary. He gets dared to ask a witch for milk and cookies. There is a surprise for the ones who make him take the dare however. A nasty one. What happens when Stephen actually takes the dare is nasty but fitting for the ones who dare him to annoy the witch. Is she a witch or is she something else as well as a witch?
