Full of unique recipes for both hot & cold drinks and a few soups. I'm inspired to try quite a few! The book is divided into sections by the illness, like anemia or anxiety, with recipes from across the globe. Not comprehensive for all illnesses, but it is a fun intro for healthy drink ideas besides a good old smoothie. I wish the font were bigger, I had to squint sometimes to see the text.
I picked up a copy of this book from a discount bookshop and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of easy to make juices, teas, soups, smoothies and other drink recipes it describes. Having tried some of them myself, I would recommend this book to anyone looking for healthy options for diet, health and well being.
