Id Biscuits

One sign said, "Welcome," the other "No loitering," so I knocked, but didn't stick around. I called this book Id Biscuits. Id as in, the inner child, which I fully let run wild. The inner hippie wanderer protester artist is reflected in this book, as it was in my previous work, Poet Loiterer. This could almost be seen as a sequel to that book. It contains topical poetry, autobiographical poems, spiritual poems, and story poems.

D.L. Lang is an internationally published poet whose work appears in over 100 anthologies worldwide. She is the author of 18 poetry collections, and the editor of three poetry anthologies. Her poem "American Dream" is archived with the Lunar Codex on the moon. She served as poet laureate of Vallejo, California from 2017 through 2019.
