Not what I expected
Okay, so this story was okay. Like on the low end of ok. It felt typical. I understand that this is a play on the author's real life, but I felt like I was reading a Sweet Valley High story. It felt really juvenile, even the language between the so-called adults. I just wish there was more to it. By book 3, this story should be juicy, but it's not. It's predictable. I still love this author, but this is not one of my favorites.
