Harper has come so far from her life as a foster child. She never imagined what her future would hold when she was first brought to the small town of Peachville. Since that day she’s faced great evil, found some of the answers she’s been looking for, and fallen deeply, madly in love. But her biggest challenge and her greatest lessons are still ahead of her.

Despite living in the safety of her father’s castle in the shadow world, Harper knows there is a storm brewing just beyond the dome. Priestess Winter will never rest until she gets the Order’s blue ring back, and Jackson won’t let her forget they now hold the key to Aerden’s future.

When an unexpected visitor from Peachville arrives at the castle, bleeding and near death, his story brings Harper to her knees. Someone she loves has been kidnapped and it’s time for her to make a choice. Stay in the safety of the domed city? Or go back to the place where it all began?

This was soooooo good.

The perfect end (originally) for everything that was happening back in Peachville. Keeps my heart thumping so hard and obsessed with it.

I can't wait to see what else happens.

Wow! Alrighty, I first want to start off that the book was supposed to be out early, but Sarra Cannon new it wasnt just ready yet. I have no clue how it was written before she changed and revised but WOW, so glad the months i waited for the final book was WORTH IT. Please, im telling you now, go buy it! I wish the series was on paperback so i can buy them! I am so lucky to have won an ecopy for free thanks to one of her giveaways! Sarra Cannon has such a way with words, describing everything so beautifully, i just want her series to become a tv show or a movie! she deserves it.

Im just blown away how everything was put together so nicely. Nothing seemed out of place. I couldnt help but smile, laugh at what Mrs. Shadowford became because i just thought it was funny somehow, cry towards the end when someone special to Harper passed away, and the ending, THE ENDING, was absolutely just heart warming. I love Jackson and Harper forever<3. I want to say i loved Tuli, Princes Harpers's server, she is too cute and i wish i could know what happened to her after Harper left to go back to Peachville. I was shocked to find out the true nature of Priestess Winter's true identity. All the questions on how the demons and witches came together, what happened to certain people, what happened between her mom and dad, and then the revealing of her half sister, were answered and i was so glad that all the missing pieces, as well as shocking secrets came together. I feel like the series can go on forever, now just from different characters! But im so glad, i dont know if this is a SPOILER alert, but I'll just say someone from the book will have their own story now that Harpers has ended.! I cant wait for that. I hope the story goes on how what happens to other demons gates and who is the High Priestess!!

Im going to list all my all time favorite quotes from the book so if you dont want to read them, in case you think it will ruin anything, GO BUY THE BOOK NOW! and if you havent read any of the other ones in this series, DO IT NOW! You wont regret it :)

QUOTES:
"You're my life now, Harper. We're in this together until the end, for better or for worse."-jackson

"I looked down at the mixture of humans, demons, and hybrids, hope radiating in their eyes. They believed in me. They really thought i was capable of doing something extraordinary." -Harper

"I stepped back and took in my reflection. THis may not have been the person, or demon, I ever expected to be, but this was me. I was a princess."
-Harper

"Someday, far in the future, after your father has passed on to the Afterworld, we'll have a child of our own. A son." -Jackson

"This is for every family you've destroyed, every child whose parent you stole. Every dream you crushed beneath the boot of your greed." -Harper

I have no idea what to say. I'm so fucking mind blown right now.

This book was beyond amazing. Seriously, I don't think there's a word to describe it.

I was actually a little worried when I started this because I've read some books recently that have just been so disappointing and especially in a series. The first two books would be amazing and then the third would be so damn disappointing.

I was actually a little ify because I thought Harper would just leave behind the person she was and fall in line with everybody else. But she didn't and that made me exceptionally happy.

I loved that Jackson was still by her side. He's just so damn....ugh! Do I really need to say anything? I mean its Jackson. Seriously I don't need say anything more, do I?

I loved when Courtney came to Harper's rescue, though I wish she was in the story more. I loved Courtney. She's so sweet and quiet.

All I can say is that I loved this book. It was super amazing. If you haven't read this seriously you should buy this and read it. You'll love it. You guys enjoy this. I'm gonna cry now that the series is over.

I only started reading the series on Monday of this past week. It took me less than a week to read through all 5 of the currently released...I honestly could not put it down! I cannot wait for the final installment. I set a reminder for the 29th on my phone and added + 6 to my "to-read" list for sure!!

Satisfactory ending. Kinda. I hate those kinds of endings, because it assumes that everybody wants that ending, but Harper's 17 and has been through hell - to her, that probably is a happy ending, so I'll be nice.

I'll keep track of the author, read anything else she writes. She's definitely a good storyteller, and with this being her first series, I look forward to seeing her grow as a writer.

Oh, and only glancing at the cover was I reminded of something else I liked. Even though the girl weirds me out, I love how the covers include a magical object tying all the books together. Yes, the item had something to do with that book specifically, but the items all come together in the final book. Almost as obscure as the Horcruxes in Harry Potter, but thankfully not as involved and there's no creepy female equivalent of Voldemort. Worse, actually.

This is the final book in this series. I am sad to see it end but, wow did this book pack a punch! Full of action, heartache and life changing decisions. Harper finally gets to meet and spend time with her Father and within minutes of getting to the castle they are attacked. Harper's life is going in a downward spiral unless decisions are made. She has to choose between the safety of the Dome or helping the enslaved demons and innocent humans in Peachville. There are a lot of discussions about how this will be done.

We finally get to find out who Harper's sister is!! Priestess Winters is also a lot crazier and heartless then I thought. So many answers come to light during Demons Forever. A lot of it is kind of shocking. I didn't see it coming. Such great writing in order to put it all together! Harper needs to deal with her enemies otherwise her and her loved ones will never be safe. Will Harper survive the biggest battle of her life? Can she learn to wield her demon and witch magic? Will her and her friends survive?

Jackson remains the loyal loving boyfriend. He is there for Harper and helps her when she needs it the most. I felt kind of bad for Harper when he was talk about Lea but, I think he was just being nice. He and Harper are perfect for each other. They will give their lives for each other. Will they end up happy and together forever? You will have to read and wait for Jackson's drawing!

The other characters are great! I loved Mary Anne and Essex are great! They were their for Harper when she truly needed them. We also get to see a bit of Zara and Lark again. I really enjoyed Harper's Father too. He had a lot on his plate but, in the end did what he thought was right.

These books have been an amazing ride. I am so sad that the series is over. It is one of my favorites. I recommend you pick this one up!!

I really loved the last book in the series. With there being an extra book in the series I was afraid there was going to be a lot of filler in it and there wasn't. It was pretty awesome from start to finish and my favorite of the series. With all that said I can't help but think that some of the unanswered questions could have been answered by deleting some of the stuff from Rival Demons and then having a better epilogue. Just talking out loud. No sense on going into a long review. If you made it to book 6 you already know what this is about. If you got through 5 and haven't read this one yet get to it!

I guess maybe I'm just a little picky when it comes to the ending of a series. As much as I liked that this ended well I hate how wide open the ending is. How can you end a series right at the beginning of a war!? It is a good thing that there is going to be another series about the fall of the emerald gate or I'd be pretty upset. Six books down and I'm still not even remotely sick of this series.

The first arc of the Shadow Demons saga ends with a bang as Sarra Cannon does it again with a gripping, fast paced and twisting story that had me shocked, surprised and almost crying at parts. Harper has a ton of growth and reveals about her, and we finally unveil the main villain for the arc, and it had me reeling in a good way. To have all of the components of the series to this point converge to an epic finale made it all the better. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series now!

Wow great book

This series will keep you on the edge of your seat following the main characters action packed journey and yet still there is romance 😀 Sarra Cannon has done a great job in developing the characters and continuing the momentum of this series.

The TLDR:
The serie is about a 17y.o. orphaned girl who finds out she is from a bloodline of witches and she is future leader of a village of such people. She learns their secrets, while searching for her true parents' past and learns secretes forbidden for a witch of her status.
The first 2 books are pretty mediocre, just setting you in the world, but then it becomes a classic Romeo And Juliet style serie, with a really straightforward story. The good guys have a plan, its one,its clear, they follow it, there is an evil guy who is super powerful but the main heroin gets angry->goes Super Saiyan and annihilates them.
The story is just so slow paced. During the 3rd,4th and 5th book there is mostly cheap romance.("what will he think if wear black instead of blue", "he gave me a sexy half-smile" and such cheap "romance", which i really disliked).
So what i didnt like on this so loved serie ? :)
The girl is SUPER NAIVE AND STUBBORN . I remember her only once listening to someone's advice. Her BF is like her puppy.Although he is about 200 hundred years old, he is always chasing her and listening to what she wants to do .
Every battle starts with "i connected deep inside my core" followed by "i felt the power surge beneath the earth", and ends with something "shattering into thousand pieces".
There is really little said about the Shadow World. The Demon race is made unreasonably weak, hybrids are weak too, but the main heroin is stronger than Saitama and Goku combined, without explanation.

Omg Harper is a princess that is so amazing! And she also Half Demon!!! That is insane and awesome. And her father has been watching her since she got to Peachville? Why didn't he come for her?
I'm kinda have mixed feeling with how Harper is handling wanting her father to stay.
I get why she wants to go so quickly but it wouldn't hurt for her to relax after everything she's been thru and also figure out a solid plan before rushing into anything.
I'm glad she's working on training, it's good for her to train so she can fight the order.
Omg!!! She does have a half sister and she's known her all this time and now she's been taken by the order because they know she's Harper's sister.
What Harper's father did at the last moment was amazing I did not see that coming. It was so sweet.
I'm so happy Harper saved Angela and that they are finally together.
I'm so happy for Harper to find her strength to end Winters.
And aerden is finally free. I'm so happy Jackson has his brother back. I'm curious to know more about him. Im hoping he's talked about more in the next book.

Tuli- I love her. She is so sweet and it was so sweet of Harper to treat her so nice.
I'm glad Tuli helped Harper find the portal and I hope Harper can set the demons free.

Ryder- he's such a sweet little boy and Harper and Jackson had pretty much became his mom and dad.
I hope if they do become successful they adopt Ryder as their own. It would be so cute.

Mrs. Shadowford- What the what???? Like....what. I did not see that coming. I just thought she was some creepy old lady but really she's a creepy creature acting like a creepy lady. Glad Harper killed her. I never did like her

Zara- I'm so glad she is on Harper's side. I've liked her since she was first introduced.

Lydia Ashworth- she is truly evil, she killed Harper's mother just to be prima and she killed her sister just yo have her life. Like who does that? Evil people do.

Priestess Winters- I've never liked her. And how she tried killing Harper.
But to find out the truth about her is so shocking.

Lark- I so did not see that coming. I meam when Lark disappeared I figured she had to be a spy.
How could she do that. I liked her and actually thought she was good.

that's all that's been going on through out the book is one shock after another and I love it!!!!
The ending tho. Omg Jackson drawing! I am screaming!
I really hope it happens for them. That would be so cute!.
I really loved this book way better then the others.
It took me longer to read because of life lol.

Man, this is a bittersweet moment for me….

I started this series last year by surfing the freebies on Amazon. I came across Beautiful Demons, attracted initially by its gorgeous cover and then one day, while looking for something new to read, I gave it a shot. I was instantly hooked and proceeded to blow through the rest of the series over the course of the following week.

That brings us to this moment. After a long (and torturous) wait, Demons Forever, the sixth and final book in the Peachville High Demons series, was finally published. As some of you know, I am busy writing my own book so I didn’t get to read through it as quickly as I would have liked. In the last few days, I have blown through the book and about five minutes ago, I finished it……with tears streaming down my cheeks. Good tears, but tears nonetheless.

Harper’s story continues in this last installment. The fight against the Order is now coming to what could turn out to be a seriously bloody battle. This entire series has been a whole lot of build up to this moment.

And it didn’t disappoint.

I had a fear when I went into this book that it was going to do what we see a lot of series do – build up, build up, build up…..and…..poop. Nothing. Demons Forever could not be any more opposite of that notion. Filled with the mystery that we have all come to love in this series and LOTS of action, Demons Forever is a TOTAL page burner.

Overall, I am giving Demons Forever 5 stars!! I dont want to say too much more about the book because I dont want to give away any spoilers but I can say that this series is a complete body of work that Sarra Cannon should be very proud of! Demons Forever was the perfect ending to an awesome journey! It was amazing but I am truly sad to see it come to an end.

At one time, I was so so soooooooooooo obsessed with Sarra Cannon's books, I can't tell. It was like I was flying through magical portals and unraveling the deepest secrets of the universe that she had created. Her books were the start for me to an unconditional world of good and bad demons. I mean, I was a naïve kid back then and I had picked up her book just to find myself lost with the stories she has written. The Shadow Demons will forever be my favorite fantasy series after the Harry Potter series!! I am not that kind of a person to read series a lot, all my friends know that, but this just gripped me so much that I had to give in.

I don't much remember the stories so as to write a proper review of it, but I am pretty sure that you'd have to find it out some way or the other. Maybe if I read this book now, I wouldn't be that amazed, but as I was a beginner that time, I didn't know much about how fantasy books were written. Even now I am a bit hesitant to read fantasy YA books because of the feeling that it will make me compare it with this series and then I'll stop reading that. I know it's stupid, but it just is that way. But I am trying my best to not have that fear and read fantasy YA again and relive those amazing moments of magic and unbelievable characters!

The sixth book in the series, i still couldn't put it down.
Mainly dealing with the ritual and the preperation for it, the book has a few turning points. There are parts i saw coming, but there are others that completely took me by surprise.
I loved the pacing of the book, not waisting too much time on unimportant things.
The end was rather expected, but warmed my hearth, anyway.
The last few chapter were a little too much for my personal liking, especially because the story will continue in some way.
I love Harper as a Character, and especially the friendships she has made in the previous book, really show their true potential in this one.
Reading for about two days, but really just one if you consider the time i started yesterday and finished today, i had a really hard time taking breaks and leaving the book to sit.
Would i read it again? Yes, even though that would probably mean i'd read the previous five first.
This is a great sixth book, bringing justice to the characters in the right way.

I have to say the ending felt unfinished to me. Six books of buildup - the battle starts but in the end we are left with - it will all work out in the end.

I guess i thought another book about closing the rest of the blue demon gates. Then the other colours, and how about some resolution of the high priestess introduced at the end.

I hope the mention at the end of the ebook of lea's story will be a continuation of this rather than skipping back 50 years. Although the idea of changing focus doesn't excite me, especially Lea. I don't think she is like-able, and i wonder what is going to happen to harper. Is she just going to say - hey i did my bit, you can finish it - would be completely at odds with the character. Maybe she will get pregnant and retire to the shadow world? However this would be disappointing. Especially since we know she will have a long life as a half demon.

I'm speechless, this has to be one of the most fantastic books I have ever read.

It had everything, romance, action and fantasy. I feel in love with all of the characters, even priestess winter. They each had a different personality that made the story enjoyable to read.

The last book was by the far the best. I think it was good that lark was on the bad side, it made it shocking and made me want to read on to find out why and what made her do what she done. Over books I have read just have a bad and a good side. They don't have an in the middle like the resistance. I think it made the story interesting because Harper had two people she had to convince/attack.

I will defiantly read more of Sara cannons books because I think she is fantastic author that can draw the audience in very well...and has fantastic ideas.

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. It really takes you for a ride. You won't be disappointed.

The ending surprised me. I thought I knew what was going to happen and how things were going to go, but then it twisted and I was thrown into the chaos the characters were. The ending was brilliant and leaves me wanting more. I cannot wait to read the next book. In fact, I've already bought it.

I loved how the characters worked together and worked with their environment in this book. PLus the added mystery effect or trying to solve the mystery of the Winter family's history. Was a very interesting read.

What a wild ride Harper and Jackson had. The book was a little slow in the beginning. Maybe because I was ready for them to get back to Peachville. The second half was so much better. I loved how everyone came together to defeat the Order. There were still twists and turns that I didn't expect. I can see why this could have been the end of the series. It did wrap everything nice in a bow, but it also left things open to continue. I'm so glad she did and I'm looking forward to continuing the series.

This series was absolutely amazing. Every single book was fast paced and kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end. I read all 6 in ONE day! I couldn't stop. The ending was gob-smacking but absolutely perfect. I loved every moment reading these books. Definitely a series I will never be able to forget. Recommend to everyone! Sara Cannon is an amazing author who knows how to ride an awesome read, that not only captures your attention but keeps it! 5 FRICKIN stars! Definitely!

So, finally, we are getting there and the bigger picture is revealed.

This conclusion of the first big story ark is fast paced, entertaining and comes with twists and turns throughout.

Loved it, as finally, we get to see more of this world and it feels like, I would like more.

And luckily there is, as not yet all questions have been answered respectively new ones have been risen and need sorting out.

At the beginning of this series, I was very skeptical. I wanted a few short books to max out my reading goal for the year so I thought that I would give this one a try. The first few books are OK, but the last few are super riveting. The first few books really set the scene and build things up nicely. I was genuinely surprised with a few of the twists in the last book. Overall, I would definitely recommend this book and this series.

At the risk of repeating myself, I am enjoying this saga even more the further I get into it. This book was no exception. All out action, drama, betrayal & ultimate danger simply keep pulling at me tighter with every page turned. Does this mean I'm a glutton for punishment? I hope so if the remaining episodes are as good as this! Keep it up Sarra!

Was not optimistic with the style change of the book, having each chapter from the perspective of different characters; but was pleasantly surprised. The story line was slightly less stimulating then the previous books, ended up putting it down for a few weeks and reading some other books before getting back into this series

Maybe it's because I read the first 5 books in the series one after another, but I suddenly became bored in the middle of book 6. I haven't been interested in continuing.
