Too many typos to count. I can forgive one or two, but genuinely I would estimate there were at least two dozen. Things like “your” v. “you’re” and random capitalized letters in the middle of words as if no proofreading whatsoever took place. Once he referred to Catherine Martell as “Katherine” and then in the next sentence “Catherine” again.
Some interesting trivia about the people involved with the show, but overall I really don’t know if the writer is a fan or not? Seemed pretty condescending at times. I’m not against people sharing their opinion, I just didn’t particularly care for the way this guy did, especially since the book doesn’t give any indication that its purpose is to critique before you actually get into it. The best parts of the book were the interviews with the cast and crew. Besides that, it felt like a bit of a waste of time if you’re reading because you’re a fan of the show.

A fascinating, trapped in amber account of the Twin Peaks phenomena that features information on the development and making of the series. The book was actually published in 1990, and covers up until the 16th episode (aka the one where we learn the murderer of Laura Palmer at last), so there is still a lot of the series that is not covered. Altman does a solid job with a few interviews from the creators of the show, and by collecting a lot of interviews and reviews of the series. Might be a little tricky to track down, but recommended for fans of the series.

I swear to God I have never seen this many typos in my entire life, it was really annoying to read.
