This is a great book and a wonderful resource for those new to PR as well as those who have been in the game for a while. It's all about putting the "public" back in PR. Bonus: Dierdre is also really nice!

meskipun bukunya tipis tapi isinya sangat berbobot. keren abis.

Great read about the ever-changing world of Public Relations. Everything you thought you knew about PR is now different and more technology focused.

i read this a few years back (in 2008). It's an excellent book that breaks it all down, though I believe that there should now be a PR 3.0, if not 4.0. Is there? I'm gonna find out....
