I went into this book with a an expectation that this would be a fun, new agey, chat-with-girlfriends-over-coffee kind of book. In some ways it was but it was so much deeper than that. At its core it is a "upgrade your life" book. It prompts conscious living without talking down to the reader. Lucy & Jo have a way of relating to the reader which comes through so beautifully. You really feel like you're getting a loving pep-talk from your best friends. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is curious about a spiritual, new age path and doesn't know where to start as well as anyone who wants to "wake up" their life. ✌🏻
