If you are looking at plant based, this is a great cookbook with great pictures. I tried meatless meatballs and some of the salads. The interesting part of the cookbook that I want to try are the breads. All gluten-free, which I am not gluten-free, but they look and sound great. Using oat flour, almond flour, and quinoa flour. I got this book at the library and after using some of the recipes, I bought the book.
While the recipes all looked amazing, why do "healthy" cookbooks feel the need to use 10 specialty ingredients in every recipe?!? 3 different types of special flour, etc. I would go broke just buying the ingredients for one of these recipes!
