A decent introduction, and though dated, still some good information. But I was looking for more advice on specific techniques, like cornering and racing strategy. But, a pretty well explained training schedule and some great ideas for weight training made it worth while.

This book is a lot like the first women's cycling book (lil dissapointing) I read. Its hard to keep motivated to read it... still trying to finish.
