There are some good tips in this book. I apply the stuff i read to my mountain cycling. I can really feel the difference in my riding, endurance and speed after starting to use some of the techniques from the book. Even if your not training for good sports results it's a good book to make cycling more enjoyable.

I've now read this a couple of times. It's a very good book that gives good training techniques, 'cause of course that's where the title came from.
