Jordan Marie can write woah!!Unfortunately, bad things happen to small children so that immediately hit me in the feels. Then I read this book to my friend and she was devastated with me !!!
It was a shock to the system but we got to get a look at what is to come with this series and these filthy Florida Alphas 😍🥰

5 Hot, Sexy and Dominating Stars
OK, I officially LOVE this author:) So far, she is batting a thousand with this series!!!!! Once again, this was another hot, sexy story BUT this alpha male was so dominating that my Kindle along with my undies just about broke out into flames!!!!!
I love that this author does a great storyline, the writing is awesome, her characters both the H and h, you just can't help but love them, the story flows seamlessly, it's not a short read but yet I flew through it at lightning speed and found myself so engrossed that I couldn't put it down. The sex scenes were incredible, every single one of them:)
Roman is SUPER ALPHA and I couldn't get enough of him! Ana was super sexy herself and what I really love especially about the female lead is that she is strong and confidant not the typical "doormat". I love that although it's "insta" themed, boy does this author do it RIGHT!
I have to say towards the end of the book, I was on the edge of my seat, holding my breath all the while DYING to know how this story was going to end and OH YEAH, true to form, this author does it right every time:)

Holy mother of all that is hot, this book has the dirty talk and raw sex down. It has some flaws too but over all liked it.
The H & h are both super sexy with loads of chemistry. I really liked her inner dialogue early on when she met him and how she was honest with herself about her reaction to him. The first encounter between them had me looking around the room to see if anyone could tell what I was reading :)
Not going to spoil it but the biggest flaw is the h's secret which you find out about a 1/4 in. If she is in fact this person, all her actions make no sense at all and I'm not talking about getting involved with the hero. It felt unrealistic because there was no accountability when there should have been some. But, it's so sexy just put your mind on auto-pilot because the sex was amazing.
The separation is super short on the page like the next paragraph it's been 3 months and they are seeing each other again. No cheating, no OW/OM drama. There is a character that the h has a problem with (a female employee of the H) but he is NOT involved with her.

“Unjustified Demands” is the story of Ana and Roman.
No issue with heroine being a stripper and hero a bad mafia guy- what I did have an issue with was the lack of story. All he wanted was sex sex pet play sex, and then there was drama. I wish there were more emotions involved.

DNF @ 35%.
I had to give up on this one. The h was a career stripper who catches the eye of her boss. He immediately wants her and enjoys having her sit in his lap even when they are out. The h just wants to find her missing brother and is hoping the H could help. By the way, the H has the brother but is not telling the h. He demands she stay with him. Even though the h doesn't want to, she uses sex to keep the H distracted. This was a real issue for me. I didn't like these characters.

The criminal meets the crime fighter in Unjustified Demands by the talented Baylee Rose. Well written, scorchingly sexy with a suspenseful story that will have you wondering who's really the bad guy. Ms. Rose's second novel is a welcome addition to this super steamy series. If a bossy alpha male with an edge is what you want, Unjustified Demands won't disappoint you!

Unjustified Demands = ho hum read😣
I'm on the fence about this book review. I'm torn because I adore, love am obsessed with Jordan Marie 's books! However this book was just ok. I didn't get that instant love of a story or connection I have in the past with her other books and characters. In the end Roman and Ana's story was just mediocre, I didn't love or hate anything about it. The story didn't inspire me to read or skip doing anything else like her other books have. This will not be characters or a story that I'll think about even a little bit now that I'm finished.😐

I like this series, mainly because I liked the 1st and 3rd books a lot. I read the 3rd one first, and Roman was mentioned towards the end of that one. I definitely wanted to find out more about him. I'm not sure I really liked him though. At first I thought our heroine really was a stripper, and I thought, "stripper and mob boss, okay cliche!" but it turns out she's a cop! So I spent the rest of the book nervous that he was going to find out (which of course he did) and punish her horribly. That made me more anxious than I enjoyed. Of course, that sort of tension drives the conflict in a plot, but maybe I was just being a little sensitive. Holding the brother hostage though was pretty unforgivable, which in a book like this means that of course she's going to forgive it. At least we'll get the brother's story in book 4, when I get around to that! I recommend this book, but I recommend the others in the series more. Also you can read them out of order and it doesn't really affect understanding of the plot.

GOOD LORD this book was smoking hot. It had to be at least 80% of just pure smut. Ana was a bit annoying, mainly because of her secret, but she didn't really stand out to me too much. Roman on the other hand was sweet, controlling, possessive, and just overall amazing.
I just didn't buy how he didn't find out about her secret for so long... I mean he's super powerful, and seems to find out everything about her.. apparently nothing happens in his town without knowing, he's pretty much above the law, and it isn't till the end of the book he realizes who she is.. like really?
Anyways, I'm really liking this series, hope there's more in the future :)

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first
Unlawful Seizure (Filthy Florida Alphas #1)
This is Anna and Roman’s story. The chemistry between these two is off the charts. Anna is searching for her brother. She needs to find him no matter what. Roman might know things that she could use to find him but he is keeping secrets. But Anna has her own secret that could ruin everything. Can these two overcome all the secrets to be together? Will she continue to submit to his in everyway? Or is she not really that person at all?
I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book .

A bit more than meh, what saved this book is the redemption of the hero, Roman. I liked that he wasn't a bad, bad guy. Sure, he was into illegal activity, but underneath the criminal was a not terrible person.
I, again, am not a fan of the overly alpha making a woman submit and punishing her when she doesn't, but for some reason, it didn't spoil this story. The heroine had backbone, and Roman's "punishments" seemed more playful, especially since he admitted to liking her feisty nature. Or maybe, since she tamed him, I forgave the original arrangement.
If you like caveman alphas, and can forgive a few icky grammatical errors, this one's for you.

Solid story with questionable start but has potential
Even though this is part of a series, it can be read as a stand-alone. I recommend it be read in series order for maximum reader satisfaction, as there are a couple of reoccurring characters and similar themes, but it is no way required.

There are grammatical issues throughout, but nothing too difficult to interpret. Primarily these included incorrect word choice, typos, missing words, and extra inserted words. The world building is fine and the characters are not what I am used to with Jordan Marie, who usually makes me fall for the bad boy, anti-hero. Rowan read more as a spoiled bully that wouldn’t take “no” from a female and Ana was at times spunky, but at others easily manipulated and not what would be needed in her situation (sorry can’t give more as it would reveal a twist).
I really struggled with the earlier scenes between Ana and Rowan, because he was refusing to take “no” as an answer and that is rape by anyone’s definition. If had only been one scene, again maybe it wouldn’t have been too bad and I could have found a way to reconcile it. Unfortunately I think it goes on way too long and reads more like force that leads to Stockholm Syndrome than an attraction that can’t be resisted.
The story begins with Rowan finding out that the kid that he has busted twice for selling drugs in one of his nightclubs has a sister that is asking the cops about him. To top it off, she was just hired to work in one of his clubs, The Dive, that he won in a card game. Joe, his number one bouncer, tells him about how the new dancer has becoming popular and has tripled traffic when she is on stage.
Rowan is assured that she shouldn’t be aware that he is the owner of it. He requests her file and feels an instant attraction to her picture. Not sure what he is going to do yet, he asks what actions they have taken with her brother. Joe lets him know that they are just holding him now, as the guy who normally deals with these type of things is not available. Rowan tells him to just hold him for now, as he might be useful with the sister.
Ana arrives at The Dive and makes sure to maintain her air of mystery, despite being exhausted. Guys seem to want the unattainable and that is what she strives to give them. She hates everything about this place and it feels like she is entering prison, but she is determined to do what is necessary. Even if that means burning the candle at both ends, as she spends every spare minute she can eek out searching for her brother.
Ana quickly makes her way to have her hair and makeup done by a lady that works for the club. Joyce is a real miracle worker but continues to lecture her to get some rest before it starts to affect her show. After Joyce is finished, Ana gets into her costume and makes her way on stage. When Ana gets on stage and the music starts she is able to lose herself in the music and transform into The Ice Queen.
Ana hates dancing, but she is good at it and has been doing it since she was sixteen on and off to support herself, her brother and her drug addict of a mother. As soon as she gets off stage, she follows her standard routine. Joe helps her into her robe, as he knows she hates to be naked, despite that she does it in a room full of guys night after night. Then when she gets to the dressing room, Joyce gives her a cigarette, as she always has one to decompress before the next set a little later.
Ana is sitting with her eyes closed, letting the nicotine calm her nerves, when suddenly it is grabbed from her fingers. The man is large and shouldn’t be back there. Ana tells him so and asks for her cigarette back. He quickly informs her that his woman doesn’t smoke and that cigarette was her last. Ana can’t believe this guy! She tells him quickly that she is not “his woman”; she doesn’t even know who he is and she is going to call for the bouncer if he doesn’t leave! He what he says next sends chills down her spine … He tells her to call for help, it won’t do any good, and that he now “owns her.”

ROMAN...THE MASTER OF MY UNIVERSE!
Meet Roman Anthes, my latest book boyfriend obsession! Or, more accurately, darkly delicious Dom! And if early buzz for this book is any indication, I may have to share him! Roman is every reader's forbidden fantasy...a devastatingly handsome, powerfully commanding, fiercely possessive Miami Kingpin who harbors taboo desires and demands complete obedience. When Roman’s lackeys inform him that saucy stripper, Ana Stevens, was caught poking around his nightclub on the low rent side of town, asking questions in the hope of tracking down her missing brother, he sees red. Initially he just wanted her as a toy, a temporary plaything to indulge his hedonistic desires until he grew bored with her like all the others. But this one was different than the rest. With her sweetly submissive nature and effervescent spirit, she got to him like no other. Surprised him at every turn. Before long she became his all-consuming obsession.

But it soon becomes much more than mere game of domination and submission. And savor I did. The book was virtually flawless. The only thing that perhaps would have made it a tiny bit better would have been if the author had shed some light into Roman’s past, so we had insight into what made him into the formidable man he was today. But I will acknowledge that the fact that he remained an enigma certainly did add to his mysterious allure. Now when all is said and done, I am left with a big satiated smile on my face, as well as a major book hangover to nurse while I anxiously await the next Filthy Florida Alphas romance to go live!

Filthy Florida Alpha's - Book 2 - Unjustified Demands - Jordan Marie
The second book in the Filthy Florida Alpha's series and again I was hooked. This author definitely has a gift for weaving a tale that hooks you from the get go and you can't help but stay on for the ride until the very last word and then you do not want it to end.
The filthy alpha in this story is hardened crime boss Roman Anthes who at the age forty two thinks he has everything he needs in life. He wasn't looking for a woman to become part of his world but one look at a photograph of Ana Stevens the new twenty six year old dancer who has started working at one of his clubs is all it takes for Roman to become obsessed with her. And even though Ana is resistant at the beginning because she is searching for her missing brother Allen who along with being missing, is a drug addict and not a nice character but I feel there is more to his character to learn in the future. That being said Ana soon falls for the sexy alpha Roman who is insatiable where she is concerned but the both of them are keeping secrets in this great story that flows so well in this age gap romance which is not your everyday picket fence romance. It's darker, it's passionate, filled with heat but also comes with twists and turns that keep you turning page after page because it's so well written you do not want to stop reading it, you need to know what happens next and it is worth every page turn. It was also great to catch a glimpse of Marcum from the Steel Vipers MC again who we met in the previous book. This story is a great escape and I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed. I enjoyed this book a lot. The storyline was ok and the book had a pretty good pace. The writing was good. I really liked Roman. I liked Ana too but I hated her hesitancy on telling Roman the truth. She had so many opportunities throughout the book. It would have been less of a dread feeling for me if she would have told him 50% into the story and then worked with him to bring Paul down than waiting till 89% into the book for it all to come out. I did skip to the end just to be at ease with how the story ended around 50%. Now, the book did keep me interested up to that point but it still would have been nice to not have that secret hanging over their heads the entire story. You find out fairly quickly into the book what Ana is hiding so that’s good too. I would have liked to have read more about their lives after the truth was out but we only got 11% of the book for that. The conclusion was very short. I am so glad their break up wasn’t drug out. The author skips time from 1 month then to 3 months later. I appreciated that considering how few pages were left!! I hate reading about long separations. Roman and Ana had a very intense, intimate relationship. I loved their story and their interactions. Roman was a very dominant person but a good guy really and I really enjoyed how he helped Alan.

So. Unjustified Demands was written by Baylee Rose, the penname for Jordan Marie. Unjustified Demands is also a free book hiding in the end of The Perfect Stroke. I really enjoyed The Perfect Stroke so I decided to dive right into Unjustified Demands when I saw it.
Unjustified Demands has a deception based plotline with the addition of D/s (domination and submission). Especially since the storyline states that the hero actually has physical custody of the heroine’s missing brother and intends to kill him.
Then at 25% I learned that even more deception was taking place and that’s where I had to stop. I wasn’t truly enjoying myself and all the deception made it worse.

So. Unjustified Demands was written by Baylee Rose, the penname for Jordan Marie. Unjustified Demands is also a free book hiding in the end of The Perfect Stroke. I really enjoyed The Perfect Stroke so I decided to dive right into Unjustified Demands when I saw it.
Unjustified Demands has a deception based plotline with the addition of D/s (domination and submission). Just not my favorite
First, I will say I have been marathon reading Ms. Jordan’s books. I have loved them all, until this one. Sorry.
At times I wanted to toss it to the DNF pile.
I liked Ana and Roman for the most part, maybe it was just them together that didn’t work for me. The story line is just too played out and predictable .
The best part of the book was the cameo from Marcum for the previous book.

One click worthy!
I wasn’t sure about this when I started but just a bit in and yep I am hooked! Another hit by this talented author! This story holds you and gives you everything you need and then some! How can you not love a man who doesn’t do love but give him the right woman and.... well ya know!!

Enoyable
It took me a little while to get into this book but once i did I enjoyed it.
There are twists and turns and a few surprises, which some I sore coming and some I didn't.
I have to admit I enjoyed book 1 more.

I fell in love with Roman. Even though he was a dick head to begin with, I loved how he finally told Ana that he loved her. I am so looking forward to Marcus' story.

Oh man was this story super sexy!!! The hotness factor of Roman and Ana was at a major 10! Roman is my favorite kind of alpha.... strong and tough on the outside but a total mess without his woman. I loved the storyline and the ending..... swoon!
