She wanted nothing to do with me. Well, that’s too f*cking bad.

My MC brothers call me Dare for a reason. I never back down from a challenge. And Lila was the sweetest challenge I ever faced.

From the moment she walked into my tattoo shop, she was going to end up in my bed. Tied up, moaning my name and begging for more.

Her past was a nightmare and I couldn’t guarantee her a future. But I could promise her a good time.

I didn't know what we would turn into, let alone how hard it’d be to stay away after my selfish ass sent her packing.

Problem is, my girl is hot, so the same men I call brothers tried to claim her.

There’s not enough bourbon in the world to help me forget the love we shared. But to get her back, to prove she's more to me then a quick lay, I'll have to tell her the secret I've been hiding from everyone.

Before she’s gone forever.

From my youngest days, I have attempted to be an author writing stories about cartoon characters, which turned into stories of teens as I became a teen myself, and then romances.

A true-believer in happily ever after, romance has always held the number one place on my book shelf, and now my tablet. I enjoy escaping to new worlds and meeting all kinds of people who live in the imagination of others. Now that I have brought my imaginary world to life, I find I cannot write fast enough to bring those ideas to you.

For me, erotic romance offers a gritty, close intimacy that let's readers explore dark emotions and taboo desires, although today, I love that more and more diverse definitions of happily ever after are accepted in our world. It is the dark intimacy that draws me to read and now write erotic romance,

Enough is Jade Chandler's debut novel but it's not something you would be able to tell from the writing. I didn't really know what to expect going into the book, but I was excited to find out more about Dare, the rough biker, and Lila his sweet challenge. I mean, when a blurb has the words, "Tied up, moaning my name and begging for more" there's no way I can pass that up so I just had to read this.

Lila, the aforementioned sweet challenge, is going through the motions of life, but not really living. One bad boyfriend after another has kept her on the move, constantly escaping whatever bad situation she got herself into. Her current move brings her to Dare's tattoo shop as the front desk manager. She determined that this move will be the end to her bad decisions, which means there's no falling for the boss. No matter how pushy he is when he sets his sights on her.

I really enjoyed these characters, they had a fierce kind of chemistry between them and it made the story very intriguing. I'm a sucker for a well written tough heroine, and that's just what Lila was. Sure she had her weaknesses, her taste in men, but she never just gave up on life and I liked that about her. No matter what happened in her life it never beat her, and that right there is true strength.

Dare was your typical badass biker, with a flare - his penchant for ropes. I loved the intensity that he just seemed to radiate no matter what he was doing. And he may have been this big bad tattoo artist biker, but when he showed his emotions, lawd my ovaries melted right then and there.

Now lets talk about the heat. I don't care if you don't like tattoo artist books, or biker books, or just looked at this and said "nah," read this book! Even for just the sexiness alone, and you will not be disappointed. Dare and Lila together were amazing and and when the ropes got pulled out, hello orgasm!

Overall, Enough is a book that I highly recommend for everyone. There was a good amount of the MC featured in this book, but it didn't take a over the story of Dare and Lila so I think it's worth the read even for those that aren't fans of MC reads.

Totally enjoyed this sexy ride with Dare and Lila. Lila starts to work at a tattoo shop where Dare is manager. There is definitely a spark but she is hesitant to let it ignite because of a difficult past being in relationships with men she works with. Of course resistance to Dare is futile and they begin a no strings deal with rules to keep them in line. Rules were made to be broken and before they know it, Lila starts becoming a part of his MC life. That world is in a class of its own and what starts off great is soured by a really bad experience with one of the members. The experience that serves as a reality check for Lila. I was really saddened by how Lila reacted but it felt genuine for someone of her background. I'm not all that sure Dare knew what he wanted based on his actions sometimes but I'm glad he ended up getting his shit together. The book was really good but I would definitely have liked it more if it slowed down the love scenes a bit. The build up was great but it was over way too fast and I was left wanting more. To savor it. The book deals with several difficult topics in a tasteful manner. The plot was good but the pacing a little off. Not so much so that it ruins it, but noticeable. It's labeled a dark romance but it's not too deep in the dark imo. Safety: In their time apart and as they try to move on from each other, H tries to do something with OW but can't and h ends up kissing OM. h also pretends to be with two other of his MC brothers because a bunch of them want her in earnest after Dare and she needs protection. In the beginning it could be assumed they used condoms but a few times I wasn't 100% sure, but it's expressly mentioned that they do after the first few times. No rape. Yes to abuse. Definite pushing away.

This was my first read by Jade Chandler and I’m glad I gave Enough a try. I really liked this read and YES, I will definitely be reading more of her books in the future.

This story revolves around an MC motorcycle club with tons of sexy alpha men.

The back story for both Dare and Lila/Red as Dare nicknamed her was kind of dark. I thought it was well done and it tugged on my heartstrings for the both of them. I cried a few times while reading Enough so yes, I was invested in the story line and with both Lila and Dare’s characters.

Dare never spends much time with the women he has taken to his bed, he never wanted a full relationship and he definitely has his reasons why. When he walked into The Marked Man which is a tattoo parlor that he ran and worked at and saw the new book keeper, he was immediately attracted to her. He knew he would have her in his bed so he went about trying to do just that.

Lila just arrived in a small town in Oklahoma, running after she found her X boyfriend/boss had been cheating on her. She’s been through a lot of bad relationships and swears this time she will not fall for another man especially if it’s her boss. She has a new job, she’s a book keeper in a tattoo shop named The Marked Man. Then Dare showed up and OH MY, he was all kinds of sexy bad-ass biker. Her mind kept telling her NO but her body was telling her YES!

For an erotic romance this one does have a story line. Also be prepared for LOTS of sexual content. Once these two got it on, they were insatiable and they had almost nonstop sex. Just remember, this IS an erotic romance and you should be expecting this. The sex/love scenes were many and VERY KINKY!!

We learned a lot of the day to day life about being a biker in a club. What jobs they do and also what each type of woman that plays a role in their life's from sweet butts to old ladies and even sheep’s. We are introduced to many of the men and the woman of this MC club. They all added their own flare, some good and some bad but nevertheless really good secondary characters that added a lot to the overall story.

I’ve read many of MC romances that include lots of illegal behavior and lots of violence. This one was a bit different. The violence was not too high, basically just men beating men up. No guns, no knives, no motorcycle chase scenes. These men just basically did their jobs, had sex and drank alcohol like fish.

Then there was the drama. Things between Dare and Red were not simple. It took a bit of time for them to open up and truly trust each other with their dark pasts, especially Dare.

Overall, I really liked Enough and I’m very much looking forwards to reading book 2, Released when it becomes available this fall.

His gaze bore into me for a long moment, and I read an entire love story in mere seconds. The fiery attraction, all-consuming lust and eventual heartbreak— always my love story.

Lila Bartham is used to men treating her like crap. Add to that fact that some of the men in her past have even seen fit to use her as a punching bag and it’s no surprise she’s developed a coping technique--- she runs. She packs up, gets the hell out of dodge and starts over somewhere new. When hot bikers in the form of the Jericho Brotherhood offer her a job in their tattoo parlor, Lila jumps at the chance and makes the move to small town Oklahoma. Who knows? If she guards her heart and stays away from the men she works with, maybe things will be different this time, right?

After a crappy start to life, Dare (just Dare) has finally found a home with the Jericho Brotherhood. His brothers may have his back, but the women that come into his life are temporary and only there for one thing. From the moment Lila enters his tattoo parlor, Dare knows he has to have her. Too bad she’s given up sleeping with men she works with.

The bones of this story are great and the potential is there for a truly awesome MC story. I enjoyed reading Enough but I did have some major issues with the book which come down to personal preference more than anything else. As good as the writing is, it read more as a “tell don’t show” kind of story and unfortunately those rarely work for me. Something major would take place between characters and I was often left with a “wait, did that just happen?” feeling.

There’s an abundant amount of sex and I definitely felt the chemistry between Lila and Dare. That helped to cement their bond for me but as far as actual emotions go, not so much. Other than the sex, and some deep insecurity on Lila’s part, I was never really sure why these two stuck it out for as long as they did.

No one ever rescued me because I wasn’t a fucking heroine, just a girl to slap around. I needed to remember.

No, sweetie. You don’t! Let Betty teach you the way of the badass chick!

So it may not come as a surprise that my other issue, and it’s a completely personal one, is Lila. I need to relate in some way to the heroine of the book I’m reading and I never really got there with Lila. What I’ve always loved about the MC books I’ve read in the past is the fact that the women are strong and usually give as good as they get. Yes, that’s a big tough biker but he’s not going to intimidate me! kind of dealio. Lila was a serious doormat for the majority of the book. And when I say doormat, I mean laying down and taking whatever these men dished. What else does she expect, after all? I completely get why she felt that way given her history, but I needed to see her finally realize she was worth something. At one point she actually does stand up for herself and I was so relieved I could finally respect her, but just as quickly she’s willing to give that up if only her man will come back to her.

On the other hand, I thoroughly enjoyed Dare’s character. He was sexy and sweet as hell with Lila for most of the book and when shit finally hit the fan, I didn’t put the blame squarely on his shoulders. That’s a new one as far as my MC reading history goes so Dare ended up being a pleasant surprise for me.

All in all, I didn’t love Enough but I certainly didn’t hate it. Some interesting side characters are introduced and I have a feeling the series will only get stronger in the future.

➦No rating. Unfortunately, I couldn't get into the book. I know it's time to drop it when I start skimming at 15% in. I'm sure there is a plot to the book and some steamy scenes but the writing style wasn't for me.

➦My biggest problem was that more often than not the book read like someone's journal. What I mean by that is that a lot of info was dumped on me but not in a very engaging way. I would have preferred to learn that information through character interaction (would have loved some banter!) I love when the two main characters get to know bits and pieces about each other before they jump into bed. These two here were not very exciting for me. He was determined to have her and she just avoided him. And there wasn't much dialogue in between.

➦The writing went something like this (this is not a quote):

I went to she shop and found that she was gone. I hung around with the guys and then went to her apartment and waited on the steps. Then she came home and saw me. She stood there with shopping bags so I took them.

➦It just felt like someone was writing about their day in a journal. (I woke up, brushed my teeth...)

➦The book is told from dual POV and there was an instance of the same scene being told from both POVs. I find that totally unnecessary. It just slows the pace of the book down and in this case it felt like word filler.

➦And then I stumbled upon the sexual daydream fantasy the heroine was having about the hero. Personally, I don't like that. If you are building anticipation... this is kinda ruining it. I skipped it because it was paragraph after paragraph of explicit sex... which I wanted to be "real" I guess. I mean, I'm all for them dreaming, sure drop a line or two here and there... but multiple paragraphs? Why wait for the mcs to even get together if you can just read their fantasies and be done with it. Anyways, that's around the time I stopped.

➦And perhaps I should add that I am not a big lover of motorcycle novels, I have only tried the Motorcycle man by KA and I didn't like it at all. It might be the whole "let me push you around some, pin you choke you, do you love me yet, baby?" that turns me off. The hero in this book left me unimpressed (from what I've read about him, anyway)

"Tonight, she'll be under me in bed - that wasn't optional."

➦Like hell it wasn't >.< I don't know, this just isn't a book for me, I suppose...

4 Enough is Enough stars

Lila has never expected much out of life, with her past being a constant reminder. Surviving her most recent mistake, she lands a job under the sinful eyes of Dare. Reminding herself she can’t afford to screw this job up, finally standing on her own two feet, she can’t afford to fall for the boss….silly of her to underestimate his charm.
I’d never had someone tell me to fly with them, yet protected me too.

Dare is the sexy biker bad boy whose skilled in pain, pleasure and ropes. Wanting to be the one to show Lila a good time, he tempts her any way he can. Luckily for him, he’s hard to resists … shocked as shit, he just never expected her to give as good as she got.
“I want you. I want to do all sorts of wicked things to you in bed, but I never want, or need, to hurt you, or any woman. And control is overrated—I like my women wild.”

When emotions replace the rope that tie them together, they have to navigate their way through their internal demons… but how can you fight when one foot is already out the door?
“I’m just enjoying the ride because it’s my first, and probably last, moment of happy. I’d be stupid not to take all I can before it’s gone.”

Enough is enough...to get your blood pumping and your senses going. Never lacking Jade Chandler delivers the chase, the fun, the heat and the realities of their life, all painting a picture into their world. Dare and Lila were a match made, each filling that one piece that was missing in each other, making it impossible to just be all good fun. Did I want to knock some sense into them, sure, but that just means I care, lol.

The pace was nice and steady, and never boring, it flowed from one page to another leaving nothing out. When I first read the description I was kind of worried it would be a love triangle or some sort of angsty attention grabbing stealing, but there is no cheating or straying, it’s all done in good fun and teasing. What else can I say, this had everything I liked rolled into one and I thoroughly enjoyed this debut novel.

I want to say I enjoyed this book and I did but I found myself skimming a lot which is not a good sign.
I liked the set-up and the characters for the most part, the MC itself has potential for future books.
Lila arrives in town to work as office manager at the Marked Man tattoo shop which is owned and run by the local MC. Lila carries a lot of baggage and I do mean a lot but she's here for a fresh start and trying to avoid men for awhile. Only problem is the first time she meets her new boss Dare she's gone, the attraction she feels, they both feel is instant and the kind you can only fight for so long.
Dare has a reputation, he's a love em and leave em type which is exactly what Lila thinks she's looking for.
Dare is hot, smoking hot but he also comes with his own baggage and issues, still they both agree to give it a go.
Now Lila is perfect Old Lady material, I mean seriously she couldn't be more perfect if she tried and she does try she does everything including cooking and baking for them.
Problems?
The story to sex ratio was out....I know what you're thinking is it possible to have too much sex in a book?
It depends on the book and in this case I'd have to say yes, I just got sick of reading about it and started skimming.
There's a lot here to like but I'm undecided on continuing on, if I'm being honest if the next book turns up free or on KU then I'll probably read it but if not then no.

There are a few types of book I prefer : MC, tattoo shops, kinky, ... And guess what? This book is about a sexy, kinky, tattoo-artist biker! Yay!

Enough is the first book in the ‘Jericho Brotherhood’ series by Jade Chandler and I would love to read more

In this Erotic MC Romance we get the story of Lila ‘Red’ Braham & Darren ‘Dare’ Forrester. Dare is a hot biker and boss in the tattoo shop ‘Marked Man’. Lila has escaped her abusive past and starts to work for Dare. Both have their own baggage and are done with relationships but the chemistry between them and their need makes them give it a try for as long at it lasts and someone says ENOUGH. .Lila loves her job and Dare assured her she would keep her job, no matter what happened between them. Will that work?

I liked hot, sexy Dare but I really admired strong Lila and loved how she expresses what she wants sexually

It took some time before they got their HEA so I would have liked an epilogue but I guess we’ll hear about them again in the next books in this series. Next book will be the story of Rock and Avery.

I would also like to read Kylie ‘Bear’ & Ollie’s story and of course Jericho’s, Thorn’s, Zero’s ...

4.5 Delicious Dare Stars

Heads up fellow MC Biker book junkies.....there's a new Brotherhood in town & you need to brace yourselves for one deep, intense, hot, angsty and slam your Kindle heart up against the wall ride. Helmet on.....it's a bumpy ride on this Harley.
Lila (Red) has had a grim life. If physical/ domestic abuse is a trigger be aware it is referenced to in this novel. But this girl is resilient and despite it all she is a glass half full girl. I liked her kindness and the way she got herself back up each time life kicked her down.
Dare is one badass biker. He's broody. He's deep. He's surprisingly mischievous and sweet with a hot streak in him that burns bright. The man is HOT. Lila falls hard for Dare and he falls hard, if not harder, for her. They both went in not wanting an emotional attachment but this is a romance after all, so attached they become. She 'gets' Him like no one else. I loved their intensity and watching them fall in love.
The secondary characters are intriguing. Zayn and Rock are entertaining. I wanted to junk punch Jericho quite frankly and I'm a non violence girl. Just sayin' ....
So why not 5 stars?
It took me a while to warm up to Lila but I really liked her at the end. The story is dual pov but mainly Lila's - I wanted more in Dare' s viewpoint. And there was a bit too much back and forth will they/ won't they towards the end but for those readers who like a lot of angst it will be perfect.
I have to say, towards the end I had a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes. Dare fractured my Kindle heart and no matter what I thought of him I would have flung my arms round him too.
I am really keen to read the next book about two of the other characters. This MC Club has me hooked!

5 Stars - 4 flames

Wait....just wait a darn minute. Is this the first book from this author? NO WAY!!!! This was amazing!!!! I'm seriously going to have to stalk this author now that I've read this one. Let me start off my saying that I don't hand out 5 stars often. Even if I really like the book, I'm more of a 4 star gal. But this has just about every little thing you could possibly want in a MC, Erotic, slightly dark book. I say slightly because I've read darker and although something happens to the lead female, it's not by the lead male and isn't excessive. Let's begin, shall we?

Lila's a runner. In fact, that's how she ends up working at a tattoo shop run by the Jericho Brotherhood. After being cheated on by her ex-boyfriend and owner of the last tattoo shop she was the manager of, she quickly packed her bags and left him and the shop behind without looking back. Wanting to start over and find herself again, she's trying really hard to keep her sexual appetite in check. But her new boss Dare is a walking sex god and isn't helping by flirting and propositioning her left and right. This is becoming harder and harder every day.

Dare is the main man of the tattoo shop, Marked Men. Although he's not the leader of the Brotherhood, he's pretty well up in rankings and everyone pretty much does whatever he says. So when Lila is thrown into his shop looking all sexy with her red hair and smokin' body, he's completely taken aback that she turns him down for a roll in the hay with no commitment. I mean, no one turns down Dare. But after getting to know each other and seriously wondering if it was ever going to happen, Lila (aka Red), finally agrees to some benefits.

The chemistry between these two is electric. Dare pushes Red's limits both in and out of the bedroom. While the benefits are good, Red is still trying to get her feet settled in a new town with a new job, but most importantly, trying to figure out what the deal is with the Brotherhood and where she fits in. The flow of this book is perfect. The timeline progresses seamlessly and with just the right information to keep you engaged. Is there drama? Hell yeah there is. But I'm not ruining that for you. It's part of being engaged in the story and finding out while you read. Are there hot and steamy scenes? Oh yeah, don't you worry about that. Is there a HEA? Now would I have given it a 5 star rating if there wasn't?

I CAN NOT wait for the next installment to this series!! Why? Because this author created and introduced us to so many wonderful characters both in and out of the Brotherhood that anything can happen. And I'm beyond excited to learn more about these gentle giants of the Brotherhood.

Pick up this book! You won't be disappointed!!!

Enough was the first book of the Jericho Brothers MC series by Jade Chandler. It was also the first book I've read by this author.

Dare was sexy in every way. He was gorgeous and sensual. He exuded confidence, competence and skill. Although he was all man, he had emotion. It was a sexy mixture.

Lila was beautiful, sassy, fiery and not afraid to hold her own. Yet with her baggage, underneath her strong exterior she lacked confidence from years of abusive relationships.

Although Dual POV at times, it was primarily Lila's with Dare's sprinkled a couple times within the storyline. It was so rare that it didn't provide an inside perspective on what was going on with Dare and the MC. The storyline was more Lila and her brief interaction with the MC so not the typical MC saga. It did however, provide a glimpse into Dare's baggage that misguided his judgement at times.

From an MC perspective, I missed some of the typical drama. In fact, anything MC related focused primarily around the members finding an Old Lady, which was atypical for most MC's. I desired more complexity.

When focusing solely on Dare and Lila, I was captivated by the story and couldn't put it down, especially the last half. It was a journey of discovery, acceptance, new beginnings, healing and learning that they both were perfect and enough for the other. I was attached to them both and felt what they felt. With that said, at times I was confused with some of the dialogue and was clueless on some of the direction; however, I understood the big picture and enjoyed the overall storyline.

My overall rating was a 3.5, which rounds to a 4 on this rating site. As my first book by Chandler, I'm intrigued enough to see where she takes us with Rock and Avery in Release.

This author has so much potential as shown in this debut novel. After reading several lackluster books in this genre, I was happy to finally read one that I immediately became absorbed into the romance between Dare and Lila, wanting at times to slap both but wanting more so for a happy ending for them both. Yes, the book can be classified as erotic but it's definitely not dark eroticism and has a touch of lite BDSM. The dark side comes from the burdens that both Dare and Lila are carrying from their past lives. Lila is trying to move forward from a past of abuse and always choosing the wrong man. She is trying to spread her wings and become independent and not fall into the same trap of depending on a man who starts off sweet but ends up being controlling and abusive. Dare thinks he can never go forward based on his dark secrets but covers it well with a happy go lucky demeanor. He's also drop dead gorgeous and a man-ho of the first degree. In reality he feels he's not good enough for someone like Lila. The author used a unique, believable reason for the H's problems and my heart broke for the H.

The quality of writing is excellent for a debut with the author giving alternate POV's. The book took me on an emotional roller coaster ride with both Dare and Lila. The ending with Dare finally being truthful with Lila about his past brought tears to my eyes. Lila was the strong woman Dare needed in his life as well as Dare was the man meant for Lila as he challenged her to always be herself and never let anyone else dictate her actions, not even him. There are short periods of separation between the two but they come back together. Instead of running as she has done in the past, she stays and is determined to stay independent. There's no cheating, although they both have numerous occasions to do so. It's a love story that touches you with some really hot sex but most of all it's the joining of two people who were meant for each other. I highly recommend this book and I'm personally looking forward to reading more books by this author. I liked the secondary characters in this story and hope that the author has upcoming books telling their stories, especially Jericho's.

Received an ARC copy through NetGalley.

Enough is Jade Chandler's debut novel and it was a 4 out 5 for me only because Lila pissed me off a bit. Overall, the writing was pretty good, the characters were interesting and the drama was really good. Some parts were a bit underdeveloped when it came to the backstories for Lila and Dare's issues, but it was still good.

Lila is a broken woman. She has been used and abused by people since she was a little girl. She's been manipulated, let down and discouraged from family to the many men she dated. She never knew how to truly love freely and feel confident beyond measure. With her latest move she now has the chance to start over, but she never expected to fall in love. Lila was a very outspoken person, but what pissed me off was when she allowed men to treat her like property, like a toy. She never really stood up for herself and it made me upset. I did respect her for trying so hard with Dare. She was pretty cool.

Dare is your typical womanizer. He never settles. He keeps on pushing through woman like it's no issues. He never really fell in love before until he met Lila, but his own issues stop him from allowing himself to be with her fully. The issues Dare had was pretty interesting, it definitely explained a lot about him, but I didn't like how he doubted himself. He was definitely a strong guy going through life how he has with his issues. Definitely an amazing guy.

The romance was pretty intense and quick, but it definitely had it's build up points. It wasn't so emotional as some other romances because both Lila and Dare had their issues to deal with, but the fact that they loved one another and tried to hide it and/or runaway from it was funny. The sex was freaking steamy though!

As a debut novel this was pretty good. I enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it as a good read for those into contemporary or mild erotic novels.

Favorite Quote: “I was worth more than a three day dance.”

Lila has moved to Oklahoma to escape a bad break-up and some even worse life choices. When she is hired on at the Marked Men, an MC owned tattoo parlor, Lila is determined this will be a fresh start for her. Meaning no more bad boys. But she didn’t count on meeting Dare. The manager of the Marked Men, a member of the Jericho Brotherhood MC, and one of the hottest bad boys she’s ever met.

Dare isn’t called Dare for nothing. He takes what he wants and he wants Lila. But Dare has secrets, secrets that could destroy him. Dare and Lila burn up the sheets with their passion but when the club wants to bring Lila deeper into their fold, Dare gets scared and pushes her away. Now he has to watch as his brothers try to take what was once only his.

As Lila tries to navigate the MC world while staying true to herself, Dare will have to decide if committing to her is worth his complete fall from grace.

Enough is the first in Jade Chandler’s new Jericho Brotherhood series. This erotic romance builds an extremely sexually based relationship between an MC member and their newest employee. Heavily character driven, Chandler focuses mainly on the protagonist’s opposites attract romance while slowly building the world and what looks to be a potentially long-running subplot involving the MC itself.

This story reveals itself in two parts. The first part is the introduction of the characters and the evolution of their relationship. It’s primarily sexual. There is A LOT OF SEX. Almost too much at times but it works once you get to part two and see the contrast Chandler seems to be striving for. I liked Lila right off. She is funny and smart. She wants to make a new life for herself and do it on her own terms. She owns up to her mistakes, takes nothing at face value, and shows a healthy amount caution when dealing with the MC and Dare. Her internal monologues are amusing, especially the arguments she has with herself concerning whether being with Dare is the smart thing for her to do. I loved that she actually considers her job in the decision. She has already been down that road many times where she has had to leave a job because the romance went sour.

Dare is your typical biker. Alpha, overly confident, forceful, and flirty. He sees Lila and wants her in his bed for a night or more but she fights the attraction and he has to rely on more than just his looks and MC status to impress her. He maintains a strong presence in the MC, especially with his relationship with the president’s son, Jericho. They are close and you learn exactly why towards the end. There is something almost methodical about Dare in the beginning though he becomes more individualized in part two. The story is told from dual POVs, Lila’s voice being the most predominant of the two. I felt she fleshed out far better than anyone else in this story.

The transition from part one to part two is rather a dramatic affair, ensuring the reader knows this is where the conflict begins. We go more in-depth into the world Lila is becoming a part of and meet all the men who make up the MC. There is more external interaction and angst. Dare and Lila’s relationship crosses the line from physical to emotional, causing Dare to run from his feelings and hurt Lila in the process. I found his willingness to hand her over to the MC callous; excusing his actions as being protective when in reality he didn’t want to have to deal with her or her feelings. I liked that Lila doesn’t just roll over and bare her throat. She shields herself with her independence and doesn’t suffer Dare’s or the MC’s foolishness lightly. It’s here where Dare’s voice asserts itself, letting us see how he really feels about the changes that are happening around him and the reason he is so scared to commit to Lila. I (and Lila) guessed pretty early on what his problem is though you don’t realize the true extent of it till the end.

A varied cast of secondary characters help to round out the story and propel it in the direction it needs to go; filling in some blank spots and helping to develop the plotlines. The MC brothers are introduced and their own problems and/or peculiarities are highlighted for future reference. Jericho, Dane’s best friend, and the president’s son, is a dark horse whose manipulative personality is kind of awe-inspiring while Lila’s new friends help her to discover her home is worth fighting for.

The ending is a dramatic all or nothing affair that finally brings everything out in the open. Dare spills his secret and he and Lila are able to work towards repairing their broken relationship. While I agree Dare’s secret was terrible and I felt bad for him, I didn’t feel it completely excused all his actions.

Enough is an entertaining erotic romance though I wouldn’t call it dark or particularly deep. A little frantic at times as it struggled to find its pacing and there are a few subplots and scenes that left me wondering what the author’s motivation was. While the romance is the main ingredient, there was an underlying unpredictability with the MC storyline that kept the story from becoming too predictable.

*****5 Sizzling Dare Stars*****

This is the debut novel by Jade Chandler, but you would never know that after reading it. The writing is fluent, the characters well developed and my Kindle melted from the scorching heat generated by Dare and Red!
Dare is the ultimate bad boy tattoo artist by day and member of the Jericho Brotherhood by night. Red is on the move from an abusive relationship. When Red is hired to manage the Marked Man Tattoo shop, Dare is immediately picturing Red in his bed. Red wants nothing to do with him, though, so he realizes he has a huge challenge ahead of him. Dare rises to the challenge and breaks Red down and boy when he finally gets Red to submit, sparks fly and my Kindle blew up! But no story would be complete without angst and heartache and Ms. Chandler throws both at Dare and Red in spades!

“I see you.” She kissed my hand. “And I want you. But I’m afraid my crazy will get in the way again.” Her voice cracked. “Enough, that’s the word. We both can use it.”

Dare is very inventive in and out of the bedroom and my industrial sized fan got a workout!

Ben Wa balls and riding on the back of a motorcycle! Enough said!

He intoxicated me. Dare’s public claiming tripped forever fantasies in my lust-soaked brain while my body quivered from the way those glass balls moved inside me. Three hours? I’d be so horny a stiff breeze might send me off.

Both Red and Dare have secrets that tear them apart and it looks like they will have to go their separate ways, Dare to resume his manwhore ways and Red to run again to get away from the heartbreak. But there is someone who believes that Dare and Red deserve a second chance. When Dare finally reveals his secret to Red, she knows she made a huge mistake.

The ending is perfect and I absolutely loved it!

You’ll make the best old lady ever.”

I will be looking for more of the Jericho Brotherhood stories from Ms. Chandler!

I got this book through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review, which I am happy to provide. Before starting this book I had just read 2 books which I could not even finish, of the same genre, and I really hoped that this would not be the case again. I did not need to worry, almost from page one I knew that I would like this book. It is written from the POV of both of our main characters and there was a lot of emotional ups and downs, and of course some steamy lovemaking. You got an inside peek into the MC world, though not as deep as I might have wanted, then again the book was focused on the romance between Red and Dare and their struggle to overcome their inner demons. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. Jade Chandler has a new fan in me.

Yes please! I need MORE of this wickedly erotic world Ms. Chandler has woven!

Lila Braham has a habit of making very poor decisions when her lady bits are in charge. She's come to Barden, OK, to start over, running from her last douchenozzle boyfriend after he crossed the line. She takes an office manager role at The Marked Man, a tattoo shop run by a sketchy, barely legal MC club who call themselves The Jericho Brotherhood. Enter Dare, the inked up bad boy tattoo artist she works for. Dare doesn't do relationships, but he does want to do Lila. Badly.

The two of them can barely keep their hands off of each other, drowning in a whirlpool of lust and sex until their obsession makes them both so far gone. When one of them finally says "enough," and the brakes are put on, both are sent into tailspins neither anticipated. But when half of Dare's brothers make moves to claim his woman, he's going to have to figure out whether his Red can handle the horrors of his past and decide he's worthy of a future with her.

ENOUGH bills itself as "A Dark, Erotic Motorcycle Club Romance," and while I didn't think this was really "dark," I did absolutely LOVE it. How hella hot are Lila and Dare?! Their chemistry is absolutely explosive, jumping off every single page. There's some light BDSM scenes sprinkled throughout that appealed immensely, particularly Dare's penchant for Shibari (rope bondage). The storyline of ENOUGH was well plotted out and fun to read, especially the sex scenes! They were raunchy and ornery and playful and I loved them all. As with all MC romance stories, I held my breath waiting for the steel toed shit-kicker drop, and when it did? Damn, it about ripped my heart out!!

Lila is such a tough woman, a survivor who has reason to be wary of men, but she pulls her big girl panties up and carves out a new life for herself instead. She tells it like it is, unafraid to get up in a big bad biker's face if he pisses her off. She deserves the proverbial YOU GO GIRL! Dare…he's the yummy yummy tattoo artist who's sweet and dirty and devious and too fucking delicious. The two together were like throwing kerosene on a fire, they burned hot and bright and fast, and I totally dug it.

Also kick ass were the supporting cast of characters in ENOUGH. The MC brothers and Lila's group of new girlfriends will both crack you up and make you drool. I will be first in line to pick up Rock and Avery's story, Release, as soon as it's available.

Bottom Line: This is Ms. Chandler's debut novel, but you'd never know it by the excellent writing and editing. ENOUGH is totally flawless…pick this one up STAT!! - See more at: http://erotic.theromancereviews.com/v...

Blurb:

Review:
“‘Dare… Dare…’ I chanted his name. My toes clenched and knees tightened. My movements frantic, I lost the ability to form words. Sounds came from me as I raced for the feeling. The one I’d missed.”

5 Dare Stars!!! Dirty hot, and I loved every minute of it!

Dare is a member of an MC, and they call him that, because he never turns down a challenge, and trust me when I say this, he doesn’t! So when Lila walks into his tattoo shop he knows he has to have her… the problem? All his MC brothers want her too. And once he had a taste of her, he knew there was nothing else he wanted, but her. But Lila comes with a dark past and now it’s his secret he has to hold on too….. Can he save her before it’s too late??

This book is packed full of heat, sex and dirty talk!! And besides that the story itself is intriguing and highly entertaining!! I loved the dynamics between Dare and Lila, they were on fire!! Loved this first book in the series and I can’t wait to see where it goes next!

Enough is only for those of you who like bikers, sex, tattoos, more sex, drama, sex, heartbreak, and kinky sex. I think you get my drift. Let me tell you this book was hawttt. Lila was running from one bad relationship after another which all stemmed from being abused by her father. She felt she couldn’t have gotten any luckier than when Jericho hired her to work in the tattoo parlor which was one of the many businesses run by the Jericho Brotherhood MC. She wasn’t much for bikers but she was for a job and a place to live above the tattoo parlor. Dare was the brother that ran the Marked Men tattoo parlor. Lila didn’t know if it was just her or did Dare share the intense vibe that surrounded them when they were near each other and when they would innocently touch sparks flew through Lila like non other. It was just too bad that Lila was going to swear off jumping from one relationship into another since that hasn’t been working out so good for her so far. Dare was drawn to Lila’s red hair and hot temper hence earning the nickname Red.

Dare was one badass biker who had it all going for him; looks, muscle, talented as a tattoo artist, one of the higher ups in the MC, and very imaginative in the bedroom. Everyone knew that Dare was never going to be a long relationship type of guy and Lila had been warned of that but she was having such a great time with Dare she was going to ride this out for as long as it lasted. She wasn’t prepared for when she realized that all of that great sex was leading to love. She had gone to the Brotherhood clubhouse different times with Dare and she had earned a reputation of being one hell of a cook. Nothing like getting these bad boy bikers asking for apple pie or red velvet cake!

This all sounds too good so what was it that tore Dare and Red apart leaving the door wide open for Dare’s other brothers to want to lay claim to Red? Hell, if he didn’t want her one of the others sure did. Did Dare’s secrets tear them apart where there would be no coming back from? Believe me during this you better have some Kleenexes nearby because Ms. Chandler sure knows how to rip your heart out and then just stomp the hell out of it! I have to say that I am definitely going to be following Ms. Chandler’s work with those bad biker boys from the Jericho Brotherhood MC.

* * * * *5 Tattooed Mama Stars * * * * *

I’ve always loved a good MC story, but this one? It blew me away. I felt connected to EVERY. SINGLE. CHARACTER. And that includes Thorn! I’m a huge lover of Tattoos, Pancakes, Ropes and Big Bad Bikers, and I got ALL of it in one sitting.

Lila has just moved into town, after running away from a seriously crappy environment, only to find she is seriously attracted to her boss, Dare. The problem? History seems to be repeating herself. Red, (as she is known to the Biker Brotherhood) seems to be falling for the brooding Dare, even though she promised herself she wouldn’t repeat her past mistakes.

But when Red discovers a secret Dare has been hiding, how does she convince him she doesn’t care? Will there relationship be enough ?

I wish I had a big mountain of a man like Dare. He was sexy as hell and I would love to climb into bed with him ;) Red was strong when she needed to be, even when she thought her world was crumbling.

I loved this book and can’t wait to read the next book in the series! Great job Jade Chandler!

**I recieved this book off NetGalley for an honest review**

MC Romance! We all know what that means!!!! Drool worthy tatted men, bad boys, bikers, hot sex and a butt load of drama! Now there is different types of plots with mc romances. But this book focuses on the characters!! No rival mc threatening the club or kidnapping the women. This book is all about Red and Dare navigating the painful world of romance. Both are damaged by their past and are just fighting to get away and be happy. (okay some of their issues are also in the present.)

The setting of this book is in a tattoo shop (most of it). Can I say that I am in love? First, I love that Red has a bunch of tattoos and works in the shop. Second, I love that Dare is a tattoo artist that is sexy as hell. You can never go wrong with tattoos (I totally need more). This book was a mix of heartache and happiness and those are the books I love most.

I love when a book can make my heart bleed for the characters and stitch it back up when they are done. If possible I would like to read the next book in this series. In the mean time ladies. Get your vibrators ready this book has the power to make you wet. ( I hope me saying that doesn't upset anyone)

Not to sure what to say about this. I liked it, but then I didn't and then I did like it. Great writing and it really sucked you in,

The character development was good and interesting, but then it just seemed like a sex romp at times. Hot but sometimes a tad too much.

I like Leila she had gone through a great deal of crap and was trying to get it together. She seemed to but then just fell into Dare. I liked that she learned to live without him somewhat, but everyone took advantage of her because she just wanted to fit in and have someone really care for her.

Dare has tons of issues and they don't all come out till the very end. He is hot and the sexy times are hot, but it just got dragged out and at the end skipped some. I wish the author gave a tad more insight about what was going on with him because at times I was like total jerk and a total drunk, instead of waiting till the end for all the answers. He was hard to relate too.

Dare's friends were asses and treated Leila badly, but she always forgave. Irritating at times. The brotherhood has an interesting dynamic. Jericho is a complete ass!

Good read some parts will irritate you. I will read the next book though.

Debut novel – delicious, delightful and decadent!

For a first novel this provided an entertaining read. It was well plotted, written in first person from both male and female viewpoints and had supporting characters I want to get to know better. The hero and heroine both had issues from the past that impacted their ability to fully realize a relationship in the present. Intimacy is more than physical and honesty in a relationship is paramount and Dare more than Lila had issues with exposing the past. I enjoyed the book though there were times I skipped ahead and skimmed a bit and also wondered why fists and violence were the go-to instead of talk among the MC club members. I do want to read the rest of the series and look forward to finding out what will happen to the cast of characters in the future. I have a feeling that the author will grow as she writes and future books will be even better than this one.

Thank you to NetGalley and Carina Press for the eARC in exchange for my honest review.

There were times while reading this story that the characters had me wanting to physically shake the characters and ask them why they were being stupid and other times where I just wanted to throw my kindle out of anger. The characters have a strong connection and need for one another that is threatened by the baggage they carry. Once they figure out how to share the load, they get their happy ending. There were some scorching hot sex scenes in this book. There was some angst in this story, but it only made the ending that much sweeter. The secondary characters interactions were interesting. I look forward to seeing the others find their happy endings as well. Rock's book is next!

Sometimes Dare just needs to take control of situations, "and his eff-me look was there with his hand clenching my *** to pull me close. “Your place, now.” Dare has an obsession with his woman's butt, and honestly I don't think she minds, “baby, you have a fine ***.” He caressed said ***. “We need to talk about your ***.” I think this is going to be a great series, the characters were all likable, and you just want them to find their other person that gives them hell and loves them unconditionally.

Woo hoo, what a sexy story. It was a tough road. I cried some but you have to know how tough this girl was and how she bloomed and grew. She was not biker but became so much to the men by her devotion and caring nature.

I really enjoyed the characters and development of how the club worked and supported the lifestyle. I guess I appreciate that the structure works for these quite often broken men (and women).

I understand and appreciate the situation Dare has had all his life. It certainly was handled well in this book.

I would read more from this author again and I hope, soon!!!

If you enjoy MC Romances this will absolutely be a fresh spin on the popular genre. I loved the way Jade crafted her characters and gave them rich, emotional depth. I enjoyed the story and how subtle twists and turns kept the plot hopping. Mostly though, I just love her style of writing and how fluidly she jump between the hero and heroines point of view. I'll definitely be picking up the next book in the series.

this book was given to me for an honest review.

4 stars

This book was great. You have to polar opposite people on the outside that you would never think that would work. Then you realize they are more alike than you realize. Both broken and trying to move on from a pas that hasn't been kind to either one of them. One biker, Dare, that thinks hes not good enough for anyone that goes from one bed to the next because that is all he thinks he is worth. I really liked Dare. He has a lot of insecurities but he shows his strength in other ways. I really liked this motor cycle club. They seemed more like family than just rough alpha men playing around like children. I liked how they were brothers more than anything. Even at odds they had each others back. I think these bikers needed it because of each of their pasts. They are trying to find themselves and this club does that. What they needed was another mother figure and what did they get was Lila. Lila is a spitfire. She shows compassion to all the brothers in this book. She listens and hell she even cooks for them. She shows them more love than anyone has ever shown them in awhile. She shows them so much respect that they fall in love with her without hesitation. She has been through a lot and where did that bring her to. Marked Men, a tattoo parlor with a man that she couldn't resist. What else did she find was a family. A family that she tried to avoid, but couldnt. Lila was very insecure during this book and at times it kinda turned me off, but she really did turn around midway through the book. She became this strong person that didnt have to rely on anyone but learnt what family was. I mean there is so much that happens in this book that its keeps your interest more and more through the book. I loved that the book took these simple characters and made them so complex. The author shows so much growth in this book, it starts out slowly but shows how much each character grows and develops. I loved each of the members too. They have their qualms, but everyone has this place in your heart by the end of the book. I think Lila and Dare's story is more unique than others because of the back stories of each of these characters. They both have issues, but in the end we hope they figure themselves out. Not only with the things that are happening you also have some brothers trying to claim Lila too. Who will get her is the question and where does her heart lie at the end.

This book was not what I expected and I loved it. I love these bikers and I think it will be a great series. The next book to come out is Rock's and I think that will be a great story with avery. There is so much to this series and can't wait to read more from this author. She put a group of troubled men and woman together to make a series that will be able to complete them in a way. I loved this author and cant wait for the next book in the series.
