Top 10 Visionaries that Changed the World: 500 Life and Business Lessons

Rate this book
Learn the life and business lessons Steve Jobs, Richard Branson, Anthony Robins, Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Elon Musk, Donald Trump, Oprah Winfrey and Mark Zuckerberg What if you could sit down to dine with some of the world's most successful entrepreneurs and have a conversation with them? What would you ask them? What business ideas and life lessons would they give to you? Of course, it was not possible to deliver any one of these rock star entrepreneurs to your dinner table- no matter who was doing the cooking or what you were serving. But I could be your ambassador, and I will present you in my book - 10 of the world greatest living visionaries of our time, people who have truly changed the way we live and think, the way we work and play, the way we now see the world itself. Some might even be controversial and present us with some bad examples. The book includes a collection of 10 books. Each book has 50 Life and Business lessons from a very famous and successful person. One thing I’ve learned over the years of being an entrepreneur is that if you don't have passion for the business you are doing, then the probability of not making it is very high. I'm here to fuel that passion by giving you some great ideas you can depend on. The goal is to get the reader motivated and inspired to take action and succeed in life. I was really inspired to start working for myself and be my own boss when I read Richard Branson’s biography, and the one on Steve Jobs really made me want to be the best at what I do, but reading these long books more than 500 pages each, is really time consuming, so I put the most important information about each person into a short and digestible form so that you can get the most value from the book in the shortest period of time. In summary, you will learn the most important things about each person; they will get you motivated, and they will save your time!

Very informative

A nice collaboration of some of the most powerful people the world has ever known. I like how it focuses on the main points it makes for a good quick read with just the necessary information.

Good summary on business leaders, but bad forced "life lessons"

Too many typos, and lessons to learn from these visionaries are too forced. But good summary on their lives' highlights, good or bad and for future further reading.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It is motivating and gives you a clear idea of how 10 powerful persons lived or are living in this world. It contains many typos and grammatical errors!

Good read, but many typos

The book had interesting content, and I learned things I didn't know about these people, but I give it a 4 for typos and errors.

Ok

Too many spelling and grammar errors for a book that I purchased. Glad I found this version containing 10 books; immediately prior to seeing this version on Amazon, I had been looking at one of these ten books for the same price as the ten pack. Description is deceiving, "what if you could have any of these ten visionaries as your dinner table... What would you ask them... Let me be your ambassador." This might suggest that the author had dined or at least had a discussion with these individuals, evidently clear that he had not when the information presented for each was barely more than I could have found on Wikipedia. The title is deceptive as well; claims to have 500 life lessons, 50 per book. Some of the books read like this and contain specific life lessons, while others follow a different format. In other words, claim does not support actuality. I only paid $2.99 for this book, and certainly learned quite a lot, but the author has a lot of cleaning up to do with the individual books of this set, as well as the set itself before I would consider buying another of his books.

Ok. I'll not write a lot because there is a lot to read from this book which I find to be a short well made biography with lots of quotes ( most of all which are just Dale Carnage style and ,, how to buy a bunch of words and feel smart in front of your grandma" , for example : ,,If you have the ability to create a personality cult, do so!" and more, and more non logical beliefs, not statements)
But I appreciate the work which was done to summarize a lot of stuff , and the price was not so high.
Yes, you can get all of the lessons , just, depending on the philosophy you are reading, or biographies, or field you're studying, so for the writer I have an advice: ,, Improve yourself"

I have never given a book 2 star but this book was baddd. The outer synopsis deceived me to pick it up, author pathetically mixes up the content as part self-help and part biography. Some of the "insights" given by author were horrendous and digressing at times.
2 stars to this book just because author managed to fill 300 pages with text!!
Note to George: Please do not write deceiving introduction, I'm sure you can do better than that.

The book delivered what it promised-a detailed understanding of the people it names-and unlike a conventional hagiography, it did not idolize the people but pointed their flaws as well-be it Musk's personal life, Trump's litigation or Robbin's divorces/self help scam allegations. While you may not feel that some people did good, they did change lives

So many spelling and grammar errors. It was painful to read and English is not even my first language! So there are probably more mistakes than the already numerous ones I noticed.
