Liam was raised to be disciplined, well-breed, and chaste before marriage. He has done everything in order to be a good husband to his future wife--including allowing his parents to hire a man to show him how to behave in the bedroom. But Adaine isn't what he'd imagined, and soon Liam begins to learn just how naive he's been. But what other choice does he have but to keep his word and go along with his parents' plans?

Most of my boy love fiction can be found on my website (www.yaoifix.com), along with juicy illustrations and details about membership! I'm pretty proud of my work on the site- I love my characters and it's so much fun writing the stories! I update every single week to one of 3 steamy, original fics (I also have posted revised revisions of my fanfics for Fake and Tsubasa)! You can also win free yaoi manga from the site too (as if all the fiction wasn't enough!)

Stop by and let me know what you think! I promise you'll get hooked onto at least one of the stories! *hehehe*

Long live yaoi!

In this historical AU the emphasis is on the 'boys' virtue'. They are closeted until marriage when they became 'men' and are in charge of their households. Very interesting read and I would have loved to read more about the roles of women in this verse. Seems they are the 'head' of the household.
What do they actually do? What do the men actually do. Who is the 'provider'?

Would have made for fascinating reading.

I enjoyed reading this book, didn't stop til I got to the end. It is very different than what I normally read, it's rare that I pick up a period piece. Once I got to reading, though, I found I couldn't stop. Had to find out what happened next. Liam and Adaine will pull you into their web and have their way with you. Definitely an unexpected romance, deeply buried desires and surprising revelations. I only wish there had been more, maybe an extended ending? That could have made it better, but it was good as is. You should read it, find out just how far Liam was willing to go to be with his true love.
