This is a book about the 3 Principles which describes them in very relatable terms. The author uses her own experiences as well as others, to help shed light on them. I found this book helped give me greater understanding and also peace.

A beautifully shared personal story of a woman opening up to the "3 principles." This book is a great help in understanding our humanness.
