I think I am too old to be a groupie, but here I am!!! - Lisa M. (Kneel Or Die - TKG 07 Review)

* A serum has been uncovered that was thought had been destroyed in WWII
* The UnknownWorld is ready to explode from pent-up frustrations
* The most powerful vampire is weary and tired of keeping the peace, and pieces, together
* One man hates working with vampires, but he finds someone along the way that makes it worth everything.
* A woman is given the opportunity to make a difference, but she gets changed more than she was told.

They say a dress can make a woman, but in this case, the dress is Death, and Death Becomes Her very well indeed.

Reviewer MistyDawn: "I'm surprised. I thought when I read the first book in this series, that it couldn't get better.... I was wrong. I read almost continuously, and for the past year and a half, I haven't read a series (or even one) book that I've loved as much. With such loyal characters, friendship, and badassery... just don't wait to start reading these. So just, just wow."

**Please note, as mentioned in a review, there is flagrantly foul language in these novels. The main character does not have a problem with cussing, just uninspired cussing.

Please note: This book is part of a series and MUST be read in order.

Series includes:

Death Becomes Her - The Kurtherian Gambit 01
Queen Bitch - The Kurtherian Gambit 02
Love Lost - The Kurtherian Gambit 03
Bite This - The Kurtherian Gambit 04
Never Forsaken - The Kurtherian Gambit 05
Under My Heel - The Kurtherian Gambit 06
Kneel or Die - The Kurtherian Gambit 07

I enjoyed the Kurtherian Gambit. I've read all 21 books. I find the strong women and male characters entertaining. I'm glad to know that Jean Dukes is creating better weapons for everyone. Hopefully forever. I like the twist on the vampire legend and the range of personalities in Michael's family (Gabrielle, Steven and Jonas(?) future ranger one) and their choices with a new opportunity.

Sixth time reading... Still not bored!

To be fair, this might be my 7th read-through since I first encountered Bethany Anne and company in December 2016, but my title stands: I'm still not bored. I am, however, THRILLED that there are omnibus editions... It's really nice to be able to have the entire collection checked out on Kindle Unlimited at one time. It gives reading a good flow!

If you are new to the TKG universe, welcome to our common addiction. This isn't one of those series you just give up on out of boredom (or disgust - looking at you LKH). If anything, the anticipation for new material just keeps growing. We drag out vats of boiling Pepsi and rubber chickens on the various collaborative author pages whenever we're waiting for a new title to go live on the 'zon. Come hang with us and see for yourself!

Escapist fun. I stumbled upon these books completely by chance. I am so digging the fun! It is hard to explain the premise of the book and not sound like it is a YA vampire romance but it is not. I want everyone that knows me to know that they are just fun and escapism. But the characters are so well developed and likable. Surreal, sci-fi, fantasy . . . . were is this all taking me? I don't know but I like the voyage.

I normally stick to books I can check out of the library - eBook or download audio-books, thanks to Henrico County Public Library system and Overdrive. I can count the number of books I purchased in the last 30 years on one hand. I am a library supporter and want these books to have a wider audience, but I am buying these books in Omnibus editions to get the most bang for my buck, and think it is money well spent. The exception to my rule.

I like it.

A little over the type but I like it anyway. Very likable characters and although somethings are a bit over the top at times it is still very enjoyable.

Great story

I really enjoy this take on a vampire story. Will read all 21 stories the first 3 were good, so many questions left to be answered!

Great concept and ideas, but *really* poorly edited. It's difficult to turn off my inner grammar nazi so I can enjoy the story. Sometimes the action or ideas don't flow from one sentence to the next and I'm left thinking, "huh?" The end of each novel is also a bit abrupt. I understand these were written during NaNoWriMo, but an extra set of eyes could easily have picked up the mis-use of character names, how the autocorrect changed Brasov to Bravos through nearly half the omnibus, and how words like course were used when coarse was meant. Still will read on though because the substance is intriguing.

What can I say???

It's a great series. I love the interaction between B.A., the team, and everything that's going on in this sci-fi paranormal world. The dialogue is hilarious as heck, the action is plenty, and regardless of what anyone says about B.A., she rocks, even with her foul mouth and attitude.
I've read all these books individually and got this box set when it became available.
I've read this series so many times, I should be able to recite the books by memorization lol.

There are 21 books in this series and 11 more in the "Kurtherian Endgame" Series, and God only knows how many others in "sub-series" within the Kurtherian Universe. You can find them all on Amazon. They are fun. They are habit forming and

I bet you can't eat just one!

Michael Anderle is one of the most prolific authors that I know of. I doubt he sleeps or has time to talk to his family. I think at one point during the Kurtherian Gambit series he was writing about a book a week and publishing almost as fast.

Love these bookjs

My brother-in-law started reading this series and told me how good it was. I bought the first 3 pack to check it out and then ended up buying the whole series. I love each and every character and especially Beth-Ann. The author makes them all so real that I find myself laughing and crying. Cannot wait to continue the series.

Read these Now!

These stories are so much fun with real people who care about each other AND all us innocents. My only problem is an editing issue - too often the character names are confused in a scene. For example, Carl was suddenly in a scene a year after he disappeared. Also, in one scene, Stephen answered himself. Hopefully this problem will disappear in futures books.

Fun Read

If you want a light hearted way to just read and enjoy the reading this is your series. To me reading fiction is suspending reality and immersing yourself in imagination. This book achieves all of that.

Great series

This was the third book in the series, I did t review the first two because it was a boxed set. Like everything Michael writes its fantastic, always the good guys against the bad guys and its good sci-fi not the boring kind that leaves you unhappy with all of it.

Love it!

A story that has humor and kick ask is a story I like! Guess I have simple taste in things. Beer, red-head women and a large portion of leave me the f##k alone is what I like!
