Shepherd's heart a true Christian thriller
Wow! Wow! Wow! Four books, each better than the first but reads as one long novel! I literally could not stop reading. Each character is brought out in a completeness so that the reader is inside their head and understands exactly what they are thinking and why they do what they do. Four boys who have grown up together, family and friends, and a sister to boot who are closer than close bring their own stories out into the open with guidance from above. Fantastic read about coyboys and the wild west. So glad I read this.

Clean and a pleasure to read
At last a Christian fiction that is not about the Amish! I very much enjoyed the stories filled with heroic gentlemen who kept control over themselves in their actions and words.
The only thing that made me take a star away was that the main characters of each book seemed to be the same people as the preceding book but with different names and sometimes hair color. This became a problem for me when those from the previous book(s) showed up, and weren't unique enough in my mind. Still an overall pleasant series.

Lives lived in the presence and understanding of God!
What a refreshing way to read a romance novel! Four volumes full of the most deliciously heartwarming romances one could ever ask for. With God interwoven in every story! Being a woman, I've fallen in love with all the handsome rescuers of damsels in distress and cried at each tragedy that entered their lives! Knowing God is there in their midst to see them through trials and triumphs of everyday life. It's never boring, always fulfilling, and keeps the reader wanting more!

Happily Enjoyable!
These four books were completely worth my time. Plenty of twists and wondering what would happen next... Characters who were lively and truly interesting... And even though the series focused on one family, the stories varied enough to keep me turning pages. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys historical romance, inspirational romance, western settings and happy endings.

I wish I had not read the last book
Lovely stories . Good bundle. Enjoyable read. So why the average score? I think the author had the last book fall apart on her. The why this happened?, I'm not sure, maybe because she needed to know where she was going with the story right from the beginning.

Cade and Sharjah
This is the last in this wonderful series. The story is filled action, adventure and excitement. Cade and Shar have been sweet on each other since grade school. Now as adults they have overcome all the problem they have come through. They have beat the odds and finally discover their truth. You will enjoy discovering how they find their happily ever after.

Four excellent western historical romances
This set of four books is so good! Lots of action, suspense, romance in each story. Characters flow through all 4 books, so it’s best to read in order. The main characters trust in God to get them through the tough parts. Each story-line is very different so you won’t get bored if you binge read these!

this series was awesome
From the beginning Sky and Brooke, Jason and Nicki, Rocky and Victoria, and finally Cade and Sharyah kept me reading till late in the night. This series is full of faith and suspense and also romance. It was like being on an adventure with each one of them. I so enjoyed them. I highly recommend this series and if you read it you will be glad you did.

You won't want to put it down!
Before reading any of the Shepherds Heart series make sure you have plenty of time in your schedule because once you start reading them, you won't want to put them down. Amazing storyline, great character development and a joy to read!

This is a sequel series that are clean and romantic. The best story of the series is Fair Valley Refuge had it alone makes the series a good book. If you enjoy well written books that are not only clean but touch on Christian principles and have happy endings you will enjoy reading this book.

I loved this series. The characters and story line were well developed. I especially loved how the 23rd Psalm was integrated into each story. And how each story takes you through one of the characters spiritual conversion. The stories were heart warming.

Beautiful series
All four of these books with the fabulous characters and wonderful lessons in faith are definitely favorites EVERY SINGLE TIME that I read them-which makes having them in a box set absolutely brilliant!

Book 1
Only read the first book. It is ok. Needed to know who hung the Chinese and punishment enforced. Did Jenny make it to China? Too many unanswered threads. Also, plan of salvation was nicely done, just too often.

Another Series I'm sad is over
This series was delightful to read and engaging all the way through four books. They left me wanting more. I'm not sure what I will read when I finish all your books, Lynnette!

Great collection
I loved these books. Great story lines, but different with the same characters. These stories held my interest and kept me going to the next story like one huge book. This was a truly great read!!

Very Good
Great book! This author can bring alive characters that hold me spellbound. The adventures, love, respect and morals portrayed by these characters in this series held my attention till the very end. Love this Writers imagination. She weaves such a good tale.

It seems I’ve stumbled upon another fantastic series with Lynnette Bonner’s Shepherds Heart series. She has such an amazing story telling gift and adds appropriate scripture to every one of her books. I’m looking forward to reading more from her.

You need to read the entire series! Don't stop at the first one. They are all good and add more and more depth to the story

Refreshing
What a relief to find an author who uses her God given talent to celebrate Him while entertaining her readers. I had almost given up reading the western novels I like because modern writers can't seem to put two paragraphs together without either gratuitous extremely graphic violence or lust. Mrs. Bonner's books are an oasis in a wilderness . Thank you!
