A Shifter’s Dilemma

Caleb was shocked to realize how different he felt with tender emotions upon the first meeting with a head-strong anthropologist named Kam. An engrossing story as he struggles to tell her they are fated mates and oh yes, he is also a grizzly bear. A great tale!

Brainy prof falls for brawny bruin

This was a fun beach read with a predictable ending.
I wasn’t fond of the creepy, secret, patriarchal society that that the love interest belongs to. (That’s the Billionaire Bear Brotherhood.)
The writing was good with excellent grammar, but it could have used more proofreading.

Good story!

I do enjoy reading this type of book! If I'm out for dinner and a guy buys me a drink, you better believe I'm hoping for a billionaire... something! There are many options for "something", and I'll even settle for millionaire, to be honest. It's fun to dream, and these books are just a dream in binding.

Started off pretty good. Kam and Caleb were cute. The more I read the story, the more I missed the people they were in the stake house. Kam began to bore me with her logic. I started to get distracted. I guess my expectations were different. Anyway, it was an ok read.

Also, why do we need to subscribe to get the rest of the story. Ridiculous.

I finished it so I'll give it two stars. It was pretty standard fated mates stuff. Seems like only men are shifters though from what it says, which is a bit weird, although it wasn't that clear.
It cuts off quite abruptly, there are unanswered questions about Kam's research, maybe there is more in subsequent books but I am not invested enough to find out.

I’ve read a few books from the Billionaire Bear Brotherhood series and Lily Cahill is one of my favourite authors. As usual, this book provided an interesting story, a strong heroine, a spicy romance and a HEA. I really like the random facts dropped in the dialogue Kamilah and Caleb. I just wish the ending was a little more developed to tied up the archeological project findings and Alex’s story.

Why are bear shifters unbearably sexy?

This book really leans into the buildup toward the reveal. The romance is hot and sweet, the ending seems a bit rushed. I’m hoping that there is a bear mate for Alex too. It would be a shame to break up a high functioning team.

Secretly mated

I would have given 5stars but it really needs editing but once you get into the story it’s quite good and has built a good base for more stories. It ends a bit abruptly which could use a smoother ending but I enjoyed it. It does have some sex scenes but they are not as explicit as some out there.

Great story! Kamilah and Caleb spend the night together only to discover Caleb owns the company that is funding Kam's dig. Caleb works hard to prove himself to her and in my opinion she actually took it the best out of the other mates in this series. Loved how Caleb worked to protect Kam and Alex at the end. Definitely recommend reading the others in the series.

Needing money for her dig, Kam comes to the city for a presentation. Intriguing ideas come up back at the dig site. Danger arises putting everything at risk, but in the end friends have each others backs.
