I've loved all Kyle Gray's books, which I read little by little, he's one of my my preferred reading choices on public transport, I read this title over a number of months and I'm sure I have benefited from it significantly, and I know I will continue to do so as I use it in a more random fashion going forward, it's one to keep nearby and dip in and out of.

With it's 111 vibes or spiritual practices, it's designed not to be read in one setting, but either daily or randomly. I found often that the vibe for the day was often something that really resonated with my day, it's also like an energising, elevating pick me up or start to the day, it sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Originally I read an electronic version on my kindle, but then bought a physical copy so I could use it in a random way, and the second reading, I found myself drawn to the practices relating to the seven chakras, which dovetailed perfectly with one of the 21 day meditations I do, by Deepak Chopra, called Finding Your Flow, which is divided in three 7 day sections to do with activating the chakras, week one, finding them, week activates them and week three expressing them.

Kyle Gray's work in this area, through this book extended the efficacy of the meditations and understanding of the energies in each of these areas.

I have since bought copies of this book as gifts for friends and family members who are open to a little spiritual inspiration and guidance. It's one of the gems.

Kyle Gray writes lovely light filled books and this is no exception. It’s a great tool to use on your spiritual and ascension paths. Helping to raise your vibration one chapter at a time with exercises, affirmations, etc at the end of each chapter for you to do.
As we move towards a fifth dimensional way of life it’s a great way to raise your energy and vibration in line with this. I think it’s a great place for people starting their spiritual journey to start as it’s a nice easy read yet helps you raise your vibration along the way.

This was such a shallow and not very helpful book written in “bro” tones. I have no issue with writing like a bro but I would at least hope for some helpful content. The tone could’ve made it very fun and taken the loftiness out but there was nothing to take out to cool it down if that makes sense. The daily activities are nothing special but if you want a daily thing to focus your intent for the day it gets the job done. I didn’t get much of anything out of this. I guess it’s fun? Just not for me? I know I’m so harsh but I don’t see the hype around Kyle Gray based off this writing. Why are none of these books impressing me? Am I too harsh a critic? I actually used this like daily activities for almost the whole book and saw no benefit or use.

In this year I am perhaps forty years of meditating ... what has helped me?

When I began to meditate rather with the Silva method of mind control, I learned things like healing from some pain, self hypnosis that helped me achieve many results in school and then at work; and I learned many other things.

Then I started reading about meditation topics. And I practiced the teachings of the Christian mystics, the gurus of India and the Olmecs and their tradition. I made fasts in deserts, I participated in fire ceremonies and earth ... and what did it serve me?

The meditation outside of some flashes of illumination and the occasional experience that gave me great pleasure, but gave me nothing ....

However, I reflect: if it made me lose many things: today I feel less fear than when I was 16 years old, in fact I do not feel afraid ... today I do not feel envy for the success of people who are by my side, but joy .. .. Today I do not care if people admire me or love me, but I rejoice in wanting and helping other people .... I need to lose many things, learn to let go ... that's why I will continue meditating.

A book that reminded me of old techniques that I used to meditate one day: "Élevez votre vibration 111 méthodes pour augmenter votre contact spirituel" by Kyle Gray ... if you already follow a spiritual path it is a good summary, if it is not a good start.

This is the first book I tried on Amazon Audible India and was just my first time trying an audio book in general as an adult. As a kid I used to listen to Karadi Tales and I LOVED it - it came in a cassette as well as a book - but I couldn't just listen to the cassette narration alone. I had to have a book to fill in the words I'd skipped or just to focus. I have a weird ADD when it comes to listening and it's hard to focus on every word. I did not want to experiment with a fiction book for my very first audio book as an adult so I tried this - and it's perfect to listen to as an audio book! It's narrated by the author Kyle Gray himself and his voice is very soothing and calming. The information is also bite-sized so I can listen to it in bits and pieces while travelling or when I'm cleaning around the house. The total length of the audio book was around 6 hours and I took around a month to finish it because I listened to it in breaks, but the good thing about this book is, because the information is bite sized and well segmented, it's not very difficult to catch up even after a long gap between two listens.

About the information in the book itself, well I found it a little hooey in a few places but overall, it was okay! I think if it was an actual paperback or Kindle and I had to read through all of it, I would have abandoned it but because I listened to it, I could just zone out of the segments that I found a bit wishy washy.

Raise Your Vibration is focused on helping the reader create a daily spiritual practice. Kyle Gray considers himself spiritual, but not devoted to a specific religion. He says he likes to learn from them all.

In this book Gray discussed how the energy in ourselves and everything around us affects us in numerous ways and argues the benefit of raising your energy from low level (anger, sadness, resentment, etc.) to high level (positive, energetic, passionate). He begins with a discussion of energy followed by a brief explanation of chakras. He then provides 111 entries lessons and exercises intended to be followed one per day.

Overall I agree with Gray’s ideas and I thought his explanations in the beginning of the book were fantastic. Personally I’m a little burned out on the lesson-a-day approach, but likely because I read a lot of books in the self-improvement genre and this approach is quite common. Gray’s entries are well written and thoughtful.

I recommend this book for readers who are looking to make some positive changes in their attitude and prefer a quick lesson each day.

Finally a spirituality book that isn’t racist, sexist, belittling of mental illness, culturally appropriating, or who’s author has a superior complex!

I loved listening to this book. It's read by Kyle himself and he's so cute in his passion for what he's teaching... and his Scottish accent.
That being said, I highly recommend getting the paperback as well. It's so much easier to go back and reference each day/vibe and making any highlights or notes you may wish to have.

This book is pure inspiration and a joy to devour.

I wasn't sure what I expected as I sat with it, but it exceeded any expectations I had.

The first section focuses more on getting folks up to speed that might not understand the concepts exactly prior to reading. I felt it a bit simple, yet, I can see how it would effectively help someone new to raising their vibe understand the concepts that followed.

The real gems, though, are in the 111 practices. One early on literally shifted my whole worldview in a few seconds, one that I'd tried to refocus and grow with for most of my life. Where before I would apologize to inanimate objects or strangers than ran into me on the street, begging the world to "excuse my existence", now I just am.

There isn't enough praise in the English language to give this book, other than to say - buy it .

[Note: I was given early access to this book in exchange for an honest review].

111 days and totally worth it!

I started this book on the first of the year as a tool to help me out with my mental health. I wanted to develop a good practice this year for raising my own positivity/frequency and rewiring my brain from always having such a negative outlook. What I got was so much more. Every day I would read my vibe of the day to myself or outloud, journal my experience of keeping the vibe in mind, and write down the affirmation in the journal also. It was a great way to track progress as I could start seeing my entries change from always being grim and hopeless, to seeing them begin to perk up and become more positive. I'm inspired to continue with this practice of journaling and researching more of Kyle's work, as well as any other similar works. This book is a great way to develop healthy habits & raise your vibrations, no matter what walk of life you come from.

To be honest, this book was not my cup of tea but that should not detract from the book itself. I just don't have the time for it right now. It is very well written and has much wisdom in it. Perhaps I am just not ready for it at this time. For people who do like to meditate (0r have the time which is one of my problems with four young children) it is a very useful and thoughtful discussion on meditation and finding inner peace. It really is worth the read for those who do have the time and inclination to try some of these techniques. I received a copy from the publishers ( thank you so much) for free in exchange for an honest review.

Omg it took me 10 months to read this book, 10 MONTHS!!!! That is nothing against Kyle, bless him - it was the "vibe a day" style making it take 3+ months if you do it properly, me... I obviously didn't remember to pick it up much of the time. I probably should have just read it straight through because I got kind of like "UGH I'M STILL NOT DONE WITH THIS???" Again, love Kyle, bless him. I think this book would be GREAT for someone just getting to know their energy and how to work with it. Me, I'm not sure I got so much out of it, other than having something super nice and positive to read. Really great, though!

I've read both the old version and the new one on audible and love them both. This is a book where I read 1-2 sections per morning and then action or ponder the sections. Have found this such an uplifting way to start the day. Sometimes I pause Kyle talking and my toddler asks me to 'put the talking on' so she must really enjoy it also.

Kyle Gray is a young Scottish angel expert, and this book is a wonderful gift to all of us who wish to develop spiritually.

Kyle tells us that we need to have a daily spiritual practice. This book is divided into 111 what he calls “Vibes”, and he advises us to do only one Vibe (lesson) a day. In this way we can integrate his teachings and, as he says, a spiritual journey can’t be rushed.

So this is a book that is not really suitable for reading cover to cover, as I have tried to do, but is to be read daily.

We are the creator of our world, and raising our vibes includes replacing the old thoughts we have about ourselves and our life with better ones. And when we change our thoughts, we change our world.

As Louise Hay taught Kyle, we can choose to think loving thoughts about our life or we can choose to be stuck in fear.

He quotes from “A Course in Miracles”:

“Miracles occur naturally as expressions of love.”

Another quote from this work is:

“Miracles are not in competition, and the number of them that you can do is limitless.”

The book is filled with wisdom.

We are told about repetitive numbers like 1.11, 2.22 and so on, which he sees everywhere. These numbers are messages from the universe inviting us to be light workers.

A lightworker is someone who is here to make a positive difference in the world. Kyle believes that before coming to Earth, all lightworkers consciously chose to awaken at this time to direct the world into a new age that would be filled with peace.

We’re also informed about conscious eating, blessing our food, keeping our body clean and clear, sea salt baths, green juices, yoga and exercise, etc, etc.

The 111 lessons in the book will take us on a journey through the chakras.

These include the Earth Star chakra 15-30 centimetres below our feet, the Soul Star chakra 15-30 centimetres above our crown and also the Stellar Gateway chakra around 30 centimetres above the head.

The latter is exciting because it represents our ability to connect with the cosmos and bring our hopes and dreams into manifestation.

Vibe 1 is “”You ain’t doing this solo!”

“You don’t walk this path alone. You re connected to everyone and everything that is, was and ever will be. You are connected to the essence of life because it’s moving through every aspect of your being.”

We are given several affirmations for each Vibe. One given for Vibe 1 is: “Today I choose to walk with the Universe, knowing it’s supporting every step I take.”

Vibe 2 is “This world is blessed to have you.”

You’re an essential part of the world and it’s important that you know it. “You have a divine right to be here and the Universe is grateful that you are.” ”You are a beautiful facet of this world.” Believe it.

An affirmation for Vibe 2 is:

“I accept that it is my divine right to be alive and I am grateful for this gift.”

I’ll just give the name of Vibe 3 - “”Right now is a gift – that's why it’s called the present!”

Just glancing through the book and writing these lines greatly raises my vibration, so just imagine what reading the whole book and doing the exercises will do for you.

You can now see that this is a wonderful book, and I highly recommend that you buy it.

I don’t own the book yet but I will put it on my wish list for Christmas.

I read a lot of great books , but this is one of the absolute best!

Positive Vibes for a Greater Spiritual Connection!

Miss Pollyanna reviews this book for The Glass House Girls Book Club:

Positive Vibes for a Greater Spiritual Connection!
Kyle Gray is a fresh new author to me, and one who I am delighted to have had the opportunity to discover this month – thanks once again to the fabulous Hay House for sending me a copy of his latest book. It’s an utter gem. But not just in theory, this practical guide also hones the mindfulness skills of all of us seeking to have a closer relationship with our higher selves. And, once we have read it cover to cover, it is perfect dip-in-and-out-of material too, making for a terrific spiritual top up, whether we are Brand New Seekers or Long-time Enlightened.

Kyle is a spiritual medium for a whole new generation, but that doesn’t mean his appeal isn’t wide-reaching. Quite the opposite. His writing is refreshingly grounded and shaped by his studies of numerous Eastern belief systems, giving a rounded approach to the techniques he runs through with us in this book, and his interpretations of the Universe, energy, vibration and the workings of the Law of Attraction. We really do get the complete package.

Such a wonderful book I read so far. It is all about creating space and improving our energy. Miracles do work. It might be small or big. Have space for miracles. Have space for good things to happen. Create environment wherr good things do happen. Let good thoughts drive the life. Every thought we do have effect of creating our future.

There is reason for what things have happened. Learn a lesson but don't give up. Develop good vibrations around. Have good thoughts always. There is scope to grow.
What you think today and manifest today is what we are going to be tomorrow. The belief of being good with our thoughts, people around helps us to grow.

Never forget the ground we are standing, nature supporting us for being alive . Forgiving is one main thing to clear the thoughts.

Explanation by Kyle Gray was so simple and easy understanding. This book is one kind where I would love to read again. As the matter which has to be learnt cant happen in one read. So many good vibes to spread and learn. The book is for Practice healing, Practice energy, Practice life, Practice mindset. Be in touch with the inner light and divinity.

Thank you Thank you Thank you.

I love Kyle Gray. I follow him on social media! He is a nice man and so encouraging. My daughter actually met him in person when she was living in London. She was very happy to go to his seminar and meet him in person. I listened to this book on audiobook. He is the narrator! It really made it personal for me because these are things that he practices to raise his vibration. He enjoys doing yoga. He talks about personal stories growing up and his growth to get to where he is today. He genuinely has a spiritual gift he nurtures.

His tips to raise your vibration really makes sense. Taking care of our health, taking care of our bodies physically, affirmations for mental well-being, etc. He has 111 things listed in his book that you can do. You can do them for a few days or try them once to see if they fit. Or incorporate them into your daily lifestyle! Whatever works.

Nothing is written in stone. These are things that he has done over the years himself to keep his vibration up. I liked hearing his personal stories and things he went through to get to this point so that he could write the book sharing his years of gained knowledge.

There are many reasons I love Kyle Gray as healer. This book can be used at anytime of the year and you dont have to start on the 1st of January. The daily meditations and mantra's compliment one another. I have done this twice already and it was found a profound difference. This is not just a book that you read and put away. It becomes your personal journal and you can make it part of your self-care tool box. Kyle has a particular way of leading each day and you ease into it. It is a good read and easy as well.

I have read many self-help motivational and esoteric books, this one stands apart from them all. It is not heavy on the reader and doesnt demand that you finish you can do your 111 days as you wish. The journey into spirituality is never clearly defind and this is a good book for someone looking to begin in the discpline of self-awareness and introspection.

Beautiful practices and beautifully written

This book shares 111 practices to increase your spiritual connection, just as it's title says, but the practices are so easy and simple which is what makes them so beautiful and more powerful in my opinion.

Kyle also has a beautiful way with words and from the few books I've read by him, you can always feel that he puts so much love and attention into what he writes about. This book particularly has a feeling of having tea with an old friend while you chat about raising your vibration and being amazed at how simple the practice can be, leaving with confidence that you can do those practices yourself too! Kyle makes it approachable and not overwhelming or confusing. This is what I love most about him as a teacher and his books.

Loved this book though I'll probably go back to it because the end part has a vibration a day. It's quite similar to one of the Gabrielle Bernstein books in that sense.

Although I'm interested in angels more through angel cards. I haven't seen particular number sequences...yet... though I'm not going to throw this out completely.

I listened to this book on audible, though I best check the edition and Kyle Gray has a gorgeous voice to listen to. This can be something that is particularly difficult to get right on an Audible book.

I would definitely read his other books and I've thought about attending his angelic training next year though more because I'd like to work on my empathetic abilities.
