In an universe far away, there is a child with innate disability to practice internal techniques. So, in order to gain the respect of his father, he resolutely chooses to follow the more difficult and painful path of practicing external techniques. As the years go by, he grows up, but what really changes his life is a mysterious meteoric crystal stone — the Meteoric Tear. This stone fuses with the young man’s body unnoticed, and he seems to undergo drastic transformations as a result. After that, everything is changed. Eventually his father knows that the son for whom he hasn’t really shown a lot of consideration possesses astonishing abilities. And there’s a lot more to come.
Yes. I can confirm now. This novel is definitely written by some kindergartener. Because, W. T. F?!
What type of dialogue is this?!
There's basically not much difference between Qin Yu, our prontagonist, and the villains. If I really have to find one then it can only be that Qin Yu is lucky enough to find a dead person's legacy. Other than this, there is basically no difference between the two parties.
I cannot even find one single redeemable quality in Qin Yu. Even his bind with Xiao Hei borders on Shounen Ai sometimes. At this point, I can't be bothered with his "brotherhood" with either Xiao Hei or Hou Fei.
Each and every character in the novel has air for brains. They want to kill at the drop of a hat. There are no scruples or any hesitation. Even 2D characters are better than this!
I absolutely, most definitely, regret picking up this novel!
Am I really going to torture myself for another 12 volumes?
Do I really have to struggle through the rest of this monstrosity?
Why? Why! Why! Why the heck is my OCD after my sanity?!
P.S:
The romance with Li'er didn't make much sense either🥲🥲
Qin Yu is now the leader of the Red Cave Region. However his problem is just starting. The Nine Demons Hall is coming after him. Qin Yu is getting stronger but will he have enough time. Alot happen to the MC while his exploration of the underwater kingsom continues. I can't wait for more.
