Orange You Glad for a Creamsicle Smoothie Mm mm. Who doesn’t love a creamsicle? This takes me back to childhood days, waiting for the ice cream truck to come by after school. 1 cup of full fat Greek yogurt (vanilla) 2/3 cup of crushed ice 1 frozen banana ½ cup of orange juice 1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned and de-seeded 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (optional: for a deeper orange color/flavor, use 2 teaspoons of freshly grated orange zest)
Directions: Combine into blender of choice, and blend on high until smooth and creamy. This will take between 30 – 60 seconds, depending on your blending machine. Serve and Enjoy!
