Another unbelievably gottcha, from Michael Rushnak! It had so many new characters, a missing wife, potential harm to the main character. Working on making a Genome that would allow people to live into their hundreds!

Is the CIA, or the entire Government against this, or is someone else trying to steal information?

This project, as I was informed by the author, including Google, are looking into actually doing this!

I myself have no desire to prolong my life, as I was told did 78% of all ages chose not too take a medication that would prolong life.

You have to read this, it's another fantastic book by this author, Michael Rushnak, who should be on the NY Times Bestseller List!!

Unseen Shadows, though a fictional story, is set in the future when the pursuit of immortality using genetic interventions may be a reality. The story revolves around a world class scientist who has a secret reason for becoming a gerontologist. Unseen Shadows is a story of what one man faces when he challenges the status quo. The book brings to life how dangerous it is to sail on uncharted waters even for worthy reasons of helping others.

Brandon Kiefer is a brilliant research scientist in the field of Gerontology. Working on a top secret plan funded by private individuals to uncover the secret to take a disease that is currently incurable; such as Huntington’s disease which is genetically transmitted. Dr. Kiefer is attempting to alter the genetic process to correct these types of diseases and allow people to go on living full productive lives.

Important people on the hill are murdered and it seems to be tied to his project. After being a referred to as a heretic on national television by a priest, it isn’t too long after that his own project is shut down by the government!

His wife Allie talks him into going to London where things begin to go terribly wrong! “Unseen Shadows” becomes a thriller in every sense of the word! Murder, kidnapping, torture are only the beginning. This is a must read book and I hope Michael Rushnak has plans to do a follow-up on this book! I have to know what happens! This is definitely a book that is ready to be made into a movie!

I loved this book. It had me from page 1. Dr Keifer was a renowned scientist working in the field of gerontology. He was passionate about finding a formula to extend the human life. Working with a team of other brilliant scientists, he soon found his life in danger from others who wanted this formula or did not want it to succeed. This book is full of intrigue, suspense and mystery on every page. How the author could succeed in making every page a page turner is remarkable. I could hardly put it down. It held my interest till the last sentence.
