I really enjoyed this memoir; it was inspiring, very informative, funny at times and offering an honest account of one woman trying for a baby. I think everyone, who is thinking of extending their family and even those, who already have children, should definitely read it.
It was great that the author decided to separate each of the problems that she had to face – starting with prejudice, unwanted advice, and ending with anxiety and fears into different chapters, analyzing and giving her perspective on each.
The main point of the book is that there is no magical solution that will work one hundred percent for everyone, and that sometimes you just have to find your own way of dealing with the situation.
A truly well-written, highly informative and inspirational read! Five stars.

This was a truly emotive, moving, and informative memoir. The author is very candid in sharing her personal history and her struggle to conceive. I feel this book will be an inspiration to those struggling to conceive. I also appreciate the author sharing how the reactions of others, even though well intention, affected her. In the struggle to conceive there are no fast and guarantee methods, but there is hope. Inspirational and well-written. I am looking forward to reading her next memoir.

EXCELLENT FOR THOSE WHO LONG FOR A FAMILY
Quite a short read which tells of the highs and lows of trying to conceive a child. Anyone in the same situation will find this book comforting and something they can relate to. Told with compassion and understanding from personal experience it was a gentle, but far too short read. I wish it had continued the story and not ended when it did. I’m not explaining that further as I don’t want to give away any spoilers.

This story is many of our stories, and its told in a light, honest and emotive way that pulls on the heartstrings.
The author tells her story in a way that engages, makes you almost forget she is a real person, and puts you in her shoes (and the experiences that I have had, I have shared them).
Well told!

Very honest and open account of a woman's struggle to conceive. She clearly didn't expect falling pregnant to be so difficult, and tells her readers how she managed this 'shock' and also the set backs she faced.

Well written, certainly gave me hope that there is a follow up!
