ARC provided by Harlequin and NetGalley for honest review.

This was an okay read but at times I found it did seem to drag.

Natalia was asked by her Grandfather who is ill to find/retrieve an important book for him that's been missing. It was a book of poems that had special meaning to him. As Natalia's Grandfather was ill and dying she knew she couldn't refuse him. But Natalia has been living a life of a hermit in her Grandfathers estate while she paints, she paints portraits for and of people. Natalia had a frightening and tragic event occur and she became an introvert and not wanting to be out in public or with people.

But knowing how important this was to her Grandfather Natalia tracks down the book of poems, finding out that an Angelos Menas is in possession of the book. Natalia travels to where he is and approaches him at his place of business. Angeles believes that Natalia is applying for the position of Nanny for his daughter. Natalia doesn't correct him knowing this might be her only way of retrieving the book and also she had made connection with his daughter while they both sat outside his office (Talia waiting for time with Angelos and Sofia while her father interviewed nanny's).

Natalia travels to Angelos greek island home and cares for his daughter Sofia. The two develop a sweet and special relationship. Talia (Natalia) finds Angelos a cold and distant Father but as time slowly passes she comes to see past his cold exterior and finds a caring man who does love his daughter. Talia is struggling with the lie of omission and wants to tell Angelos the truth. Angelos deals with guilt from the death of his wife and the hurt he caused Sofia. But he learns much from Talia and feelings start developing and intruding into his life that he fights. But the three hurt and scared characters slowly develop a special bond and find love. Talia's real purpose is revealed for being there and a confrontation occurs that brings hurt feelings all around. Talia and Angelos work through and learn to open up and trust each other to their happy ever after.

I liked this book but at times found it really slow at spots then I lost interest. I really loved Talia as she was brave, strong, sweet and loving. Angelos I didn't care for as much, he came across too cold and it took too long for him to soften and be likable.

When I read a harlequin presents itself expect romance to be the focus of the book's beginning. In A di sione for the greek's pleasure the focus is finding a heirloom & the heroine and hero's past trauma and how they heal from it.
The romance. The chemistry was pushed down and denied for 108 pages. This was not a good thing especially when the trauma could have been dealt with by a professional therapist.
So. I was underwhelmed by page 108.

By page 108 I gave up on the characters and their issues. Were they attracted to each other. I didn’t sense it. Both kept denying feelings. By page 108 I expect someone to acknowledge attraction.

This book had potential but the moment the heroine and hero went to the island all the potential evaporated into a boring therapy session.

Some plot discrepencies with this one.

h states she was kidnapped in Paris outside Eiffel Tower her bro says she was kidnapped in South America? get your story straight.

h suffers ptsd due to kidnapping and has anxiety issues/panic attacks. Nothing magical lovemaking can't cure over time though.

H has attitude as daughter has burns and his wife died and hires h as nanny when he mistakes her at office when in fact she wanted to see him for a book he gave his wife.

But also "Who in the hell hires a nanny for their kid without a DBS background check never mind just a rando that turns up in your office? what a Pratt

Not a huge fan of this one kind of feel like h is second best and he only loves her cos she loves his daughter.

When he finds out about the "deception" he kicks her off his island without hesitation.

Natalia is sent off to look for a book of poems. Having not left her grandfather's estate for a very long time, Natalia is very nervous about tracking the book down and leaving the safety of the estate. When she finds herself in Angelos's office being mistaken as an applicant for the nanny of Angelos's daughter, she grabs the unique opportunity with both hands and agrees to be his daughters nanny.

From the first page till the last I was plunged into an exciting story filled with love, laughter, sadness, tears, adventure, firsts, beautiful locations, wonderful dialogue and every character facing fears.

A Di Sione For the Greek's Pleasure is very far from your average nanny falls in love with boss story. Kate Hewitt merges tradition with modern twists and untangles a beautiful love story which reminded me a lot of Beauty and the Beast. Picture Belle teaching The Beast how to be gentle and loving and the Beast humphing all frustrated. This is the imagery in my mind when reading Natalia's and Angelos's scenes when they start spending more time together. So great is Kate's storytelling I completely forgot the original reason she was at Angelos house and she nicely brings it back to remind me why Natalia is on Angelos Island and what she's looking for.

I award five stars because Kate Hewitt skillfully merges together a story which expertly explains Natalia's back story and weaves a character you can't help but adore. She introduces a beautiful and loving little girl called Sofia (Angelos daughter) who in my opinion is as important as the two main characters and finally Kate does a fabulous job of explaining Angelos back story and what has made him the person he is today. Inbetween it all Natalia's personality shines though, mixed with her Grandad and the book of poems. It's like a story tapestry that you can't help but admire.

A beautiful story with characters I'll be remembering for a long time. A welcome addition to the superb Di Sione series.

Thank you Netgalley and Publishers for the opportunity to read and provide my honest opinion.

I have a real thing for a Greek hero and especially one who is scared and Talia is just what he needs to bring him back and back to his daughter after a fire that caused physical as well as emotional damage and of course bring the feisty Talia out of her comfort zone as well.

You see portrait artist Talia Di Sione is on a mission for her beloved grandfather to find another of his mistresses a book of poems and Talia has tracked it to Greek billionaire Angelos Menas, Talia has not left her grandfather's estate for many years and this is going to be hard but Talia is nothing if not determined to get this book little does she realise that her life is about to change in such a good way when they first meet the sparks fly and Talia ends up being Nanny to Angelos's daughter Sofia.

Angelos Menas is a self made billionaire he comes from the streets and works hard after the fire that took is wife away and scared his beautiful daughter Angelos keeps to himself setting Sofia up on his island of Kallos not wanting to get too close to her, so when he is trying to find a new nanny and Talia turns up he is compelled to hire her there is a feeling that he has not had in a long time.

I loved this story Talia is so knowledgeable for someone so innocent who has been through so much herself but she is like a spitfire when she meets Sofia and realizes that they have so much in common and is like a dog with a bone getting Angelos to connect with his daughter again and falling more in love with him as she comes out of her comfort zone. I am loving this series and Talia and Angelos have such a sensual and angsty journey to a beautiful HEA.

Not as good

I love the DiSione stories, well except for one, and I like Greek heroes but for some reason this one was just so so. I did love the daughter. I felt for her. But the chemistry was just not there.

I thought this was going to be a winner until about halfway through, when the heroine and hero actually started spending time together. As they revealed their tragic pasts to each other, I found that I just didn't care about either one of them. Angelos was especially hard to sympathize with; he's a grumpy, stern, unapproachable man who has basically ignored his young grieving daughter for 7 years, choosing to write letters to her instead of speaking to her because he's not worthy of her love. Instead, he hides away from her, leaving her on his private island paradise while he works around the globe, keeping busy so he doesn't have time to think about her, his deceased wife, or the fire destroyed his life. I just wasn't feeling it.

At least in this installment of the Di Sione series, the grandfather wasn't as demanding or unreasonable, and in fact was hardly a factor in the story at all. When Natalia finally discovers his lost treasure, though, Angelos goes completely off the deep end and over reacts about Natalia daring to put her hands on his wife's precious book (that somehow survived the fire, when nothing else did).

I did enjoy Natalia and Sofia's relationship, as well as the setting. I'm disappointed that the romance didn't work for me, and that I found the HEA unconvincing.

I liked this story well enough. Although it started rather slowly, once it picked up speed, it was quite lovely. It's a different kind of romance but it compelling in its own way.

Natalia (Talia,25) is the youngest of Benito and Anita Di Sione's children. While in Paris, at 18, she was kidnapped and held for ransom. She still has nightmares, has claustrophobia, hates helicopters and storms. For the last 7 years she hides on Giovanni's estate, where she paints portraits in her studio. Now she is to find a book of love poems, which brings her to Athens.
Angelos has lost his wife 7 years ago and raises his daughter with the help of nannies. When Talia comes to his office about the book, she is mistaken for a nanny.Talia likes the shy 8-year old Sofia, who has a burn on her cheek .So she lies about the reason she is here and takes the job.
They go by helicopter to a small island near Naxos.
As time goes, Talia learns several things ab out her employer. He is a self-made man.His wife died in a house fire in Athens and Angelos blames himself for being drunk at the time and not being able to save her.Xanthe died after throwing the baby Sofia to him -when the child was already burned.Angelos doesn't know how to show his love to Sofia- the girl thinks he is ashamed of her and this is the reason she has a private tutor instead of going to school.
All three are scarred, but only Sofia's are physical. Both Talia and Angelos are scarred inside. We see Talia overcome her phobias, but it is hard for Angelos. And he gets angry when he learns the real reason Talia is here.
Will Talia get the book ? (From reading book 7, Nate's story, I know that both the book and the ring are connected to a woman named Lucia and a man, B.A).Giovanni is 98 and dying from recurring cancer.
Bianca, Nate and Dante +fiancee Willow make an appearance in the end of the book.

Natalia hasn't left her grandfather's estate in years. She suffered the trauma of a kidnapping in her teens and now works from home to avoid going out. But she adores her grandfather and will do anything to make him happy. So when he asks her to retrieve a book of poems before he dies, she stiffens her back and flies to a remote island to find the man who owns the book. What she doesn't expect is to be mistaken for a nanny for his young daughter, or to fall in love with the emotionally closed off father.

I've only read one other book in the series, but I think this book works well as a stand-alone. Although I confess to ordering some of the previous books, because I want to know what happens with the grandfather. The characters were well defined and the author did a great job of creating angst and drama, while still making the story touching and romantic. Readers who enjoy strong male characters and rescuing damsels in distress will enjoy the plot of this book. Overall, it was entertaining and I look forward to the next book in the series.

I receive a copy of this book from NetGalley. All thoughts expressed are my own.

A Di Sione For the Greek's Pleasure by Kate Hewitt.

Natalia is sent by her grandfather to find a book. after researching online she finds who she thinks has it and tries to set up a meeting with Angelos. She is mistaken for an applicant applying for the job of nanny for his daughter. She gets Sofia to open up and get out of her shell. She starts trying to learn greek since it is the main language that Sofia knows. She gets Angelos to spend more time with Sofia and Natalia and Angelos fall in love. But when he finds out that she had really been looking for the book that day in his office. Natalia returns home and Angelos follows a few weeks later to bring her the book and to ask her to forgive him and to return the Greece with him.
I really enjoyed the book and think if you like a good fun romance then this book is for you.

This is my review from an arc that was given to me by Kate Hewitt so I could review the book for her.

4 1/2 STARS!

An emotional journey of healing for 3 scarred souls!

Natalia Di Sione has rarely left her home in 7 years. She stays behind the walls, away from people .. where she's safe. That changes however, when she can't deny the grandfather she adores his request that she go on a journey to find a prized book that he lost along the way, and sets out for Greece.

Angelos Menas assumes the bedraggled woman insisting on a meeting with him is there to apply for the temporary nanny position. Natalia can't figure out how to approach this gruff man about the book, so she goes along with his assumption and lands the job.

Both Angelos and his daughter are still carrying scars from the fire that killed his wife several years ago. Talia has her own trauma that she's trying to live with. Will these three be able to help each other heal? And when it's time for her to go home, will she leave her heart there on the island?

In this book in the Di Sione series its Natalia's who is asked by her grandfather to find one of his "lost mistresses".  This time it is a book of poems which is searches for and finds they belong to Angelos Menas.  Should be easy go find him ask for the book and bring to back to her ill grandfather who she loves more than anything on earth.  Problem is she is claustrophobic and has not left the island for years.  She paints portraits for a living but in her studio on the island.  Fear keeps her there but love for her grandfather gives her the courage to leave and find his book.  She meet Angelos Menas and by a lie of omission procures a job as nanny for his daughter.  Two people with secrets and fears meet and from there your in for an amazing story of love and courage by Kate Hewitt.  A story not to be missed.

A simple request from her grandfather to find a book of poems that once belonged to him has left Natalia shaken. Because after a harrowing experience in her past, she hasn’t left the Di Sione estate. But now it seems she’ll have to when she discovers where the book could be located. Traveling halfway across the globe, she finds herself in a tricky situation. How is she supposed to convince the man that now owns the book to sell it to her? Become his kid’s temporary nanny, of course, as long as she can survive the interview process. Read More

This one was probably my favorite so far in the series. The story was nice and fairly traditional for a harlequin. I do enjoy mistaken identity stories/the help and the boss falling in love. My theory is that Giovanni loved this duchess person and she gave him the jewelry (Lost Mistresses) before he left Italy.

A Di Sione for the Greek's Pleasure by Kate Hewitt was not what I had hoped for. It was a bit of a lethargic read. I love the setting and the descriptions in the book but the story didn't captivate me. I wish I could have connected with the characters on a deeper level, I felt a bit apathetic towards them. I hope I have the chance to read other work from Kate Hewitt.
