I feel that the idea of the book was better than implementation. Writing a "business and personal success book" to story mode is a nice idea, but some others have made it better. The story of the book is almost nonexistent and the key objectives or key learnings just pop out. It is easy to read, but the storyline should have been developed further.

William Patterson is a remarkable person who has created an incredible life. With his writing partners, he has crafted a parable of success based on solid human values.
I admit I was ready to put this book down at first; I'm not into many of today's cute business fairy tales. As I turned the pages I found myself completely absorbed in this adventure story with a message.
The myths and legends of ancient times hold important lessons for life in our times. This is a contemporary tale that can help you create your own legend!

I love a good allegory and this fits the bill. I know I missed at least 50% of the real meat of the story, but I will definitely revisit this book. However, I didn't like the ending at all so it is rated 4 stars, the rest of the book I would rate a 5.
