Rabbi Slifkin beautifully connects the seasons with torah learning. Surprisingly beautiful prose.

Some really interesting insights here, though I found the book on fantstic animals much more interesting. Ithink that I am simply not spiritual enough to appreciate this.

Fascinating! This book describes the weather, agriculture, holidays and the spiritual characteristics of each Hebrew month. Each month has its unique spiritual force.
