This book is kinda helpful, there are some line or some para's which caught my attention. Moreover, Author tried a lot to clearify his narrative and he did it as well.

A little bit too surface scratching for me. Plenty of basic actionable tips for changing habits however without even deeper meaning to change the prerequisite mindset needed to hold one loyal to these new routine propositions.

When a writer is being described as an expert, that's the first sign you can't trust this person.
Read into it, rather not waste my time.
