Well it occurred to me while I was studying for my Officer of the Deck requal board on my new ship that this counts as a book. That being said... I don't even know where to begin. I read it again, for about the bajillionth time even though nobody besides the United States Navy follows these rules.

It is what the title says a rule book and meant to be used as a reference for any boat over 39 feet long. It is a great reference in showing the "rules of the road".
