Found this in the short story section. I admire the guy for writing it, I just didnt have a connection to this style of writing. I appreciate the fast read, though.
It's interesting. The writer has come through a lot and we're constantly reminded of that in this book of not many pages, and now he has become a life coach of sorts. Good on him.
The book points put that we have flaws and bad habits and he suggests ways which we can change. It's not badly written, but I felt Moran is trying to sell me something. After after the suggestions (eight of them, of which he describes the changes; not how to implement them), the book comes to a thudding end, like the EastEnders de de de-de-dum, leaving those who feel desperate enough to buy more of his books.
Unfortunately for Moran, I wasn't one of them. I downloaded the book for free. And thank God really. I would have been disappointed to buy a sales pitch.
Even as an introduction to the book this does (or I feel it does) make you question elements of your life. I like the fact that it doesn't go into any depths as everyone's life and negative impacts on their life will be different. I would definitely be interested in reading the book in its entirety after reading this introduction.
