This is a quick read that may be helpful for people who have never looked at fitness and nutrition. It contained no new information for me.

It seems to be written by a non native English speaker. This doesn't take much from the content. It's easy to understand even with the grammatical errors.

I would recommend it as a place to start your fitness and nutrition education.
