It's a mermaid war! April has made a real mess of things by trying to get her mer-pals back together, but can she make things better with the help of her friends?

The band’s playing, the dress is glittery, and friendships are restored, the Lumberjanes way. April remembered her friends, and their needs—nice resolution to the band and dress problem.
¡Estupendo! Me lo he pasado muy bien leyéndolo, como siempre, friendship to the max, los personajes son geniales, muy humanos. Y los ships... ay, los ships... *_*
Have I mentioned I don't like the new artwork? Yeah, I have, so I'll stop it for now but I kinda want to buy the most recent Lumberjanes to see if they're back to their old selves.
Conclusion to the mermaids arc, all was good in the end.
Favorite character: Jo for being assertive. She's such a good example.
The end of the mermaid arc. Still missing the old art style and writing, but I do think that this ultimately wrapped up well. It was a nice growing moment for April in the end. It still feels like barely anything happened in the last few issues, though, which is a little disappointing. It wasn't the strongest, most fleshed out arc that the series has told, by any means. Let's get the focus back more on the main characters, please!
This issue is mostly about friendship and mermaids. April is super enthusiastic about both and has a few messes to clean up but the Lumberjanes get it done.
I have been really struggling with this arc, something new and different needs to happen soon or else I might need to bid this series farewell. Sad face.
