Book #1: Mason
Kill or be killed.
Part of an elite SEAL team, Mason takes on the dangerous jobs no one else wants to do – or can do. When he’s on a mission, he’s focused and dedicated. When he’s not, he plays as hard as he fights. Until he meets a woman he can’t have but can’t forget.
Software developer, Tesla lost her brother in combat and has no intention of getting close to someone else in the military. Determined to save other US soldiers from a similar fate, she’s created a program that could save lives. But other countries know about the program, and they won’t stop until they get it – and get her.
Time is running out... For her... For him... For them...
Book #2: Hawk
Finding a dead man is a hell of a way to start a holiday.
Growing up, Hawk was always a bit of a wild card. Once he became a SEAL, he found his niche in the world. But the wild man was still there, under wraps …and waiting for a match. Back home for a few days, he realizes a new, darker element has moved in.
And it appears to involve the freckle-faced redhead he never forgot.
Mia remembers her best friend’s brother. After all, what woman could forget him? He was like fireworks lighting up her life. Taking her breath away and making her heart beat faster. But the version that came home was harder, more dangerous ... and sexy as hell.
Good thing he's on their side as the town explodes in violence with Mia caught in the middle.
Book #3: Dane
He's one of the smartest, the best . . . and the baddest.
Since Dane achieved his lifelong dream of becoming a Navy Seal, his life has been packed with action . . . but now he wants more. Especially after seeing several of his friends find something -- someone -- special.
On a mission hunting a chemical weapons terrorist, Dane runs into a captivating woman, and everything about her touches his deepest needs. But the circumstances are suspicious, and he can’t determine whose side she’s on.
Marielle came to Germany for a short busman’s holiday, only to end up running away from the very man she came to see, and into the arms of a man she knows she’ll never be able to keep.
As their situation slides from bad to worse to desperate, their lives are on the line. And so are their hearts.

The 1st book is the best. The 2nd a bad repeat of the 1st. Childishly written scenes. No real steam At All. Unless you consider a kiss and holding hands steamy.
The writing is like the fantasy of a teenager. Very UnRealistic. Inept writing.
You can check out my kindle highlights and notes for a better idea of just how badly this is written. Here is a scene to give you an idea;
'With her eyes closed, she watched his feet recede...'
I don't know about you, but when my eyes are closed I can't watch something. This is just an example of what happens constantly in these stories.
Having this one in my library for so long, finding my bestie wanting to read it,seemed like a good opportunity to try it out. Going through the first story,we quickly found that there was one big red thread. The heroine,Tesla, gets kidnapped. Not once,no she gets kidnapped throughout the entire story. Now,i was thinking SEALS were more careful than that. Especially with the threat still there, still aiming for the girl. Added with the fact that the hero,Mason,is falling for the girl. It is safe to conclude this story was lacking......
So,my hopes were on the other two. Starting the second story,i found myself with a feeling of deja-vu. This time, the herione is Mia,and guess what? She needs saving......throughout the story! Same SEALS (this time it’s Hawk that falls for the girl) same mistakes. Added to that, she sustaines injuries that are severe,but.... She eats chinese with gusto,in spite of a broken jaw. She curls up,in spite of broken ribs (trust me,i KNOW that’s not an option!) She goes caveing within days, just to see how she’s feeling?
Again, this story is not for me...... My bestie and i have called it quits, enough is enough. Maybe someone else likes this kind of storyline, but i need more..... I need a story i can believe. A story that grabs me. A story that leaves me satisfied with everything that happened.
oh my! how i love seals! seals and tough, independent women. Mason & Tesla, Hawk & Mia and Dane & Marielle. I will definitely be reading the other seal books and enjoy them
'SEALs of Honor: Set 1-3' was in incredibly thrilling, intriguing and hot, hot hot. The Seals are all extremely sexy, intelligent, crafty and so different from each other. Mason, Hawk and Dane are super good at what they do, and when it comes to each of their women- they get blindsided. Full of action, mystery, suspense, thrills, humor and some hot and steamy scenes. A great add to your tbr list.
Let me say this, I know of several authors who like to torment their heroines, but this book takes that torment to a new extreme.
Tesla is developing new software for detecting IEDs, something she started because her father and brother were a SEALs and continued because that's how her brother died.
This books opens with Tesla captive, having been taking as she was traveling to Coronado to present her software. Mason's team is tasked with capturing the traitor who took her and the rescue.
With inner strength that has Mason and the team admiring her, they find she is the sister of a fallen SEAL. They all knew Harry even though he wasn't on their team. This becomes even more intense than it already was as things go sideways.
Tesla still has to make a presentation and then do the demonstration before the government commits to purchasing her software. Some one else wants it, and she's just as determined they won't get it.
Nail biting tension, edge of your seat action, simmer to sizzle heat, with some laughs thrown in for stress relief.
Don't miss this page turner!
SEALs of Honor: Hawk Book 2
When Hawk goes on R&R he heads home. He wants to visit with his sister and catch up. Life has other plans though. The town is in chaos when he arrives, so he stops at the General Store and finds who he believes is the owner shot. The response from the Sheriff is less than promising and he reaches out to his sister to find the man's daughter, Mia.
Mia is a search and rescue professional. When Hawk arrives in town she is deep in the caves with two experienced spelunkers. She is only vaguely aware of the drama now centered in town now that a cache of weapons and ammunition has been found in the caves. When she gets the messages about her father being dead she rushes to his store. It's then she discovers it's her uncle. Rushing home to check on her father she finds herself and her father in a most precarious situation.
This book dives into the action fast and furiously, with Hawk having to start things on his own. The team follows quickly and the implications of the weapon cache go much further than just this small town.
Mia is strong and feisty, giving Hawk a run for his money even as their attraction grows hotter. I couldn't stop reading and Dale is definitely rough on her heroines, good thing they are as strong as the SEALs that win their hearts.
SEALs of Honor: Dane Book 3
Marielle thought she was going to visit a colleague who had at one time been her professor. She was looking forward to the discussions and wandering through the village where he lives.
Dane and his team were after a chemical weapons terrorist, as they were closing in Marielle exited the house that had been empty previously. In an unexpected occurrence he was spotted, but had no time to do anything about it.
Confronted by the man she was to visit, Marielle realizes that his motives were nefarious. Managing to escape, she runs where she believes she would find help. The house the strange man was heading toward.
Ascertaining that she isn't a threat, the guys find Marielle to be quite the asset, knowing the professor's password was a great help.
Master's the cat was a hoot and was actually quite 'knowledgable' too.
Unfortunately her knowledge of the professor and knowing he wanted her research has put Marielle in more danger than she realizes. Dane and the team need to keep her safe, and Dane has more than a little interest in her.
A tense, emotional, suspenseful, sometimes funny and definitely hot page turner.
SEALs of Honor: Books 1-3 by Dale Mayer is a suspenseful tale full of action and danger, drama and suspense and explosive situations but amongst it all there is a lot of laughs. The story is told from multiple points of view, so we get a great perspective of their motivations, and thought processes. I mean who does not love some hot alpha male SEALS who will do anything to keep the woman they make theirs safe. I must say Dale definitely puts these women through the ringer.
SEALs of Honor Book 1 Mason - Tesla wants to keep the men and women in the military safe after losing her brother. Trouble is others want what she has and will stop at nothing to get to her and her work. Now she hopes that she will be saved from the clutches of those who have taken her. To be saved means finding herself in the most unlikely positions.
Mason and his team are on a mission to rescue a woman and hopefully capture whoever has her. What they find is on brilliant and tough woman that they all would like to keep for themselves which caused me to laugh out loud at their antics.
SEALs of Honor Book 2 Hawk - -After the last mission Hawk decides to head home to see his sister. Unfortunately what he finds is a town in chaos.
Mia is in a team of search and rescue and found something unusual whilst deep within a cave. She soon finds out that there is a greater plan that will put everyone in danger and now she is on their radar in captured.
Hawk and the team are now on the hunt for those who are plotting something that people will not recover from but what is worse is that they hae Mia. Now they have to race against time to stop the violence and save Mia before her time runs out.
SEALs of Honor Book 3 Dane - Marielle was excited to be in Germany for a break and talk shop with an old professor. What she found instead was a desperate man who wanted her to join him on the dark side. What she also found was a group of men who will protect her with their lives and one who lost his heart.
Dane and his team were on a mission to catch a bad guy who was a chemical weapons specialist turned bad. Some how he managed to evade them and what they found was a woman who was a target for the bad guys because of her accidental stumble onto something that was worth a lot of money. But can Dane and the team keep her safe?
I enjoyed these stories and look forward to reading the others and see how they catch their woman.
Mason is a SEAL who is on a mission to save Tesla - the sister of a dead SEAL colleague of his who has developed a software program which will save many US soldier's lives. Other countries now know about the software and so they are determined to get it. Time is running out for them both and can Tesla stick to her vow to not go near another military man?
This was a lovely story that was enjoyable to read. It contains plenty of drama and excitement (including some twists and turns). Well written it is a great read if you want a good SEAL story with more than a little romance.
Hawk - 4*
SEAL Hawk is going home for a short break but never expected to find a dead man as soon as he arrives there. It also seems to be around the redhead he never forgot. Mia remembers her best friend's brother who is now much more dangerous to her heart and as sexy as hell - just as well he is on her side as the local town explodes in violence and she appears to be stuck in the middle.
This book was full of danger, drama and excitement as it moved from one twist to the next. Mia was so strong in the face of all that was happening to her and Hawk was true to type in resisting the inevitable until he had no choice but to accept it. A great fun read.
Dane - 4*
Dane is a SEAL and on a mission to capture a chemical weapons terrorist when he meets Marielle - but is she to be trusted or part of the same group? PhD student Marielle is on a short holiday to meet with a former professor when she finds herself thrown into a dangerous situation with fast moving events and only SEALs keeping her alive. They both find themselves drawn to each other - is this just a physical attraction or is this the forever that they have booth been waiting for?
This was a great story with so many twists and turns in the world of chemical research and international commercial espionage. I loved the way that were unsure of each other and then as they faced everything that was thrown at them they realised that they needed and wanted each other. Well written and a good read.
I really wanted to like these books more than I did. The three books were carbon copies of each other. The characters were not fleshed out at all. The SEALS and the women they “rescue” were only slight variations of each other. The plots were weak and sometimes the details were contradictory or didn’t make sense. The two things that especially irked me was 1) how the women kept getting kidnapped while under the protection of the SEALS. What an embarrassment to real SEALS everywhere as they came across as grossly incompetent, and 2) how these women who sustained significant injuries from broken bones to concussions and bounced right back in the matter of days. At times the injuries were forgotten to serve a scene and then brought back in play to serve another scene. How many women would want to play kissy face with several broken facial bones? Finally, while all this nonsense was going on, the main characters fall in love within hours or days from meeting each other under so-called life and death situations, and find time and the desire to have sex! I don’t know about other women, but romance would be the last thing on my mind after being beaten to within an inch of my life several times in that same time period. Geez! Take the time to work out a plausible plot and realistic characters whose behavior matches the role they were given. I am glad that others who read these books got more enjoyment out of them than I did. I don’t want to yuck anyone else’s yum. 😊
Mason: Talk about action-packed. This fast-paced storyline keeps you on your toes as you try to unravel who wants to keep Tesla from presenting her new product to the military. Mason and his team are tasked with rescuing her and protecting her until the presentation has been completed. Tesla, the sister of one of their fellow SEALs, and Mason are drawn to each other, and the more Mason does for her, the more she falls under his spell. Can Mason keep her safe, or will the traitors succeed in kidnapping her again?
Hawk: Awesome storyline with kidnappings, bomb threats, weapon thefts, action, danger and romance. When Hawk arrives home for a week’s leave, he finds a dead body, learns of a weapons cache being found and rescues Mia from thieves at her father’s storage unit. When Mia is kidnapped from the hospital, it is a race against time to rescue her and find the missing terrorists. What comes next leads to an exciting search around San Francisco!
Dane: Fast-paced military romance with some twists and turns. Although Marielle didn’t suffer the same tortures as the women in the first two books, she was still in trouble and Dane was definitely her knight in shining armor. I loved the safe house hopping as well as the secrets that the professor’s house hid. Great storyline, wonderful characters and lots of action make this an awesome book. This is a wonderful box set and I highly recommend it to lovers of military romance.
I got this in a bundle years ago and now reading them. Mason is the team leader of his SEAL team. And in this operation he comes to the rescue of a fallen SEALs sister. Trying to keep her safe is the problem. She is super smart and has ideas that good and bad want on saving lives while those are deployed. Trying to keep Tesla out of enemy hands is a full time job. But he is SEAL enough to do the job. Hawk is a SEAL and on Mason's team. While on a well earned break from the team he went home to see his sister. But something was off with the town he grew up in. People were different. When he found a body in a local store he went for answers and found more questions. He needed help. When Mia his sisters bf is kidnapped he goes SEAL mode. There seems to be a link with the caves and weapons found. He needs to keep her safe from those who want to destroy the US. Dane is the next SEAL to fall. While on a mission he comes across Marielle is being targeted for her knowledge with chemicals. He is tasket to keep her safe.
As much as I liked the H and h characters themselves, while reading Mason and Tesla's story I kept thinking, what? Nope! by the end of Hawk and Mia's story, (practically the same as the first story) I thought, No way! Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is no way anyone with facial fracture's, a broken collarbone and ribs would be able to go caving. Dane and Marielle's story was slightly different, but overall, the author needs to do more research on Navy Seal's, as most of what's written didn't ring true and sadly what could have potentially been a great piece of storytelling was sadly lacking. I've given 2 star's, because the unbelievably made me laugh out loud. I downloaded this box set for free over a year ago, and forgot I had it, I also found that I have the next box set, book's 4-6, which I will read with the hope that they will be much better and earn more star's.
MASON Tesla losing her brother also a Seal while on a mission. Has design a program that will alert the men when danger is near. Ready to find a buyer of good people, while running against the evil ones who are determined they want it. A series of being abducted and the Seals coming to rescue HAWK Too much like the first story Mason; with Mia being abducted again and again, doing what she wanted even if wasn’t a good idea and hindering the work of the team. Didn’t like all the cussing thru the story either. The plot didn’t flow. DANE Marielle goes to Germany to visit a professor she had kept in contact with. Similar interest and to discuss her project. In which her world revolved around and nothing else. Like the first two books, she is kidnapped many times. Hospital and not wanting Dane to leave her alone, Wanting the cat, her necklace, wanting to go home, didn’t sound like a professional person. Would like it to be more about the Seals instead of a damsel in trouble,
The books in this set are great fast-paced stories. They have everything I like in a book - SEALs, action, romance, and suspense. And the SEALs were so competent in tracking and fighting the bad guys as well as protective of the women that I was really impressed by them.
What a great SEAL team. They constantly had each other's backs whether they were on duty or not.
The characters were well developed and likable. They are SEALs so what can I say about them? They are able to do just about anything (like a SEAL is supposed to) so the team saves the women time and time again. They are also big, handsome men so that helps us like them even more. And the women were strong and stuck up for themselves. Even with the SEALs. They wouldn't take any grief from them.
If you like action-packed books with SEALs, you should read this set.
MASON Tesla is a strong woman with a lot of spunk. Nothing will get her under. It's not in her DNA to give up Not even being kidnapped by terrorists. To endure so much pain and stay sane, you have to have incredible endurance power. Mason is the perfect Seal, who rescued her with his team. They fit perfectly. Lots of twists and turns, HEA HAWK Murder and terrorist plots. Family betrayal. A very spirited woman and a grumpy Seal. Kidnapping. Is this Seal gonna keep her. She didn't make it easy for him DANE The man who falls in love on a weekly basis. Enters a very nerdy woman. Academic terrorists. What has the world come to. They threaten your family, what will you do?
If you like Susan Stoker's military romances, then you'll like these by Dale Mayer. The heroes are protective, tender, and tough as nails. That said, there's not much difference between the hero's personalities. The heroines have enough backbone to avoid turning into doormat, but they're not so stubborn as to be too stupid to live. The heroines have distinct personalities, which many authors cannot manage within a series. The first book is impeccably edited; the second has a handful of editing glitches. The stories run smoothly with even pacing and enough differences to give each a distinct flavor or personality. Kudos, too, for making each book a complete novel in itself.
Loved reading these action packed romances. In every one of these books there is a line that surfaces over and over: "Are you gonna keep her?" Well, these books are good enough to keep! I have to say Mason and Tesla were my favorite couple of the three. Mayer paired each SEAL with a capable and strong woman to be his partner. The partnerships in these novels is something to admire and derive amusement from as each SEAL must learn that while these woman are theirs, they are equal to them in the relationship. It was an aspect this reader liked very much throughout the three novels. I look forward to reading more of Dale Mayer's works, and will be recommending them in the future in my reading circles.
WOW! I went through these 3 books fast. They keep you riveted. I already gave reviews for Mason and Hawk, so this review here is for Dane.
I was intrigued by Dane and Marielle. Dane wanted what Mason and Hawk had - a woman to love. Marielle thought she was getting a vacation only to find out her mentor had other plans and Mason and his team were the only ones who could save her and keep her safe. Along the way, Dane and Marielle fell in love with each other. Now Masters was interesting. I am happy these two found their happily ever! FANTASTIC job Dale. I would recommend this book.
This is a great opening set to the series, one I thoroughly enjoyed. It begins with Mason, the team's leader, who is the first to find love with Tesla, a software developer. Book two features Hawk, who returns home for r&r, but finds his hometown under siege, and his sister's best friend, Mia, in the middle of it. Book three features Dane, who is in Germany with his team on the trail of a potential terrorist when he stumbles on Marielle, a chemist on the brink of a game changing discovery. Each story can standalone and has a HEA.
Word processors are no substitute for technical editors
These books could be so good IF they were properly edited. Verb tenses, logic trains, grammar and punctuation... and it doesn't matter if a word is spelled correctly if it's the wrong word. I've read about 10 of Dale's books now and I've gotten a strong impression that the books are slammed out as fast as possible. Personally, I would rather pay more for a well written book than get cheap books that irritate me while reading them.
Love these books. They are not the typical Seal meets girl, falls in love, mostly a romance with a side of action. Nope. These books are Seals come to the rescue of a strong woman who others are trying to take advantage of. It is action from page 1 to the end. The women are heroes also. A woman who developed life saving software, a woman who does search and rescue, and a woman who developed a more accurate and thus less deadly weaponry (less collateral damage). Loving this series.
In this fast paced military romance box set Mason, Hawk and Dane together with their comrades keep having to rescue their beautiful, feisty heroines. Each book is action paced and exciting, and although the men all have a history with women, they treat their ladies with the utmost respect. There is violence in all of the books however the SEALs win the day and keep their women safe. An enjoyable box set.
This was a fun read-- very likable characters in all 3 stories. But, I doubt Navy SEALS are this inept!!! They lost the same woman 3 or 4 times!!! Seriously?! It was almost funny. They put her in a safe house, then leave?? Books needed better editing and the writing was immature. And the "Are you going to keep her?" Question is quite ridiculous. Not sure I'll be reading more stories unless another 99c deal comes up.
I read the first of these books a while ago, and thought that it was a fun story, except that the heroine was kidnapped a lot. I figured it was an early effort and things would get better. The second book was fun, but about the 5th time she got kidnapped, I was ridiculing the entire thing in my head. To be fair, she saved herself the last time, but seriously! I didn't bother reading the third book.
The SEALs of Honor: Book 1-3 is a three book trilogy with each book telling a story how the SEALs rescued women from terrorists. Each book is full of action, hot SEALs and strong, brave women for one of them to fall in love with as they protect them from the bad guys.
Story List: Mason tells the story of Mason and Tesla, a computer software developer working on a system to detect land mines in war zones. The team rescues her from Mexico and a couple of more times, one at home in California.
Hawk goes home for a holiday and walks into his hometown in an uproar over bomb parts and weapons stashed in nearby caves. With the help of Mia, a local search and rescue volunteer Hawk and the team go after the terrorists and rescue Mia after she is taken captive several times. This is another great adventure story and another SEAL, Hawk finds a women to settle down with.
Dane meets Marielle a chemist that stumbled upon a chemical reaction to help control chemical warfare and protect civilian populations in the area they are used. Her old professor and the German company he works for wants Mia and her research and are willing to kidnap her and force her to work for them until Dane and his team saves her. Another SEAL finds the woman of his dreams during this great adventure story.
I loved all three of these stories in the SEALs of Honor: Books 1-3 anthology.
Dale Mayer writes stories that are full of well rounded characters, with great story lines. They draw you in and make you want to never put the book down. The heroes are strong and brave and never give up. The heroines are strong willed and compelling. They are serious and funny and full of life. Dale Mayer knows how to catch your interest and keep you glued to the pages.
Excellent job by this author in developing the characters for this series. There are three stories in this volume, each one introducing a specific character with their story of drama, suspense and happy ever after. As each story develops, bringing a new and exciting adventure, it helps to cement the relationship between author, main characters and reader
Dale Myers writes military romance so well I've decided to move to San Diego and find my own SEAL! (No not really lol). But seriously, the research into both military and SAR as well as the different sciences makes the subject matter real. Her characters have heart soul and depth getting the reader vested in them and their situations. I'm ready to read anything she writes!
