Tim has a secret. A secret, naughty fantasy that he’s never told anyone because it’s one that most people wouldn’t understand. However, when his sexy neighbor accidently learns his deepest fantasy he won’t be able to hide from his desire any longer.
Very interesting. This was a different kink for me, age play I was never into but this book opened me up to read the rest of this series and try some more. Cute story of two neighbors coming together. Let's see were this is going!
This was rough. This author has a tendency to write characters, especially 'littles', as though they don't know how to function as adults, and it takes away from the story for me. FYI...littles can still be adults and function as adults do. I was hoping that maybe with this being so short, it would be different, but nope. Ugh...
Get a hint from the title. 🤭👌🏻When I say the top here is SO PERFECT I totally mean it. Like he has all the good traits. He got no toxicity running through his veins. 🥵💕 There's THIS thing about this novella that is not new and new to me. Hahaha 🤫
This was a short quick read that I thought was ok. I never understood the appeal of daddy/kink. Tim has never acted on his fantasies he is working his way up to wearing a diaper. When his neighbor Cade over hears him talking to himself he likes what he hears and he realizes that he wants Tim. I liked this book and wanted more of it each book is under 50 pages it could have been one book. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.
Before starting I have to clarify that I don’t like age play. I still voluntarily choose to read this short story because I was intrigued by the author and I like pushing my boundaries sometimes. That being said, I liked this a lot more than I expected.
It had some nice characters, both were likable and even though the story was a little too short to develop a more complex plot, I was really happy to see where it went. I think what made me like it so much wasn’t exactly the age play, sure it was the biggest part of the book, but I think what make it so enjoyable was the fact that a lot of the story was center in acceptance. To be ok with what each of them like, without feeling guilt about it or without being judge by it. That was, at least as I could understand it, the biggest message of the story and it was what make me like it so much more than I tough I would.
Even without age play being something I particularly like, I still intend to keep reading the next instalments to see where their relationship will go.
Touching and compassionate short story. This book, the first in the Little Man series was so adorable. Just goes to show...you never know who's listening, but in Tim's case, thank goodness for thin walls and a caring, concerned neighbor named Cade. I loved that Cade didn't make Tim feel weird but encouraged him and offered to help. (in any way) M.A. Innes never fails to deliver an excellent story. I'm always left satisfied, yet eager for more. It's refreshing to know this author doesn't hold back but embraces topics/lifestyles and creates the most amazing page turning stories. Gotta go...on to book #2!
I really enjoyed this story, though I felt it could have been a lot longer. I guess you're wondering why the three stars if I enjoyed it that much. Well, this story is in desperate need of an editor. So many sentences missing comas, a few run-on sentences and even a few misspelled words. I could be more forgiving if it were a full-length novel but the author should have been more diligent with editing if he wanted a story this short to shine. The three stars is not enough to deter me from reading the next book, or from this author altogether, though. I hope to find fewer editing issues in the next story.
2.5 stars due to editing issues, serious editing issues. But I enjoyed the characters and the acceptance that Cade, in particular, displayed when he discovered a side of himself he hadn't realized existed. I've recently read a number of age play books and although this had problems it also did pretty well with allowing the characters to just be without there being a lot of judgement or negative response from others. The connection between Cade and Tim was a little quick and there could have been more development of their relationship, but, for what it was it did it well.
This one just wasn’t for me. I went in expecting a mix of heat and heart, but instead it felt more like a kink checklist with barely-there character depth. The dynamic between the leads lacked emotional weight, and while the daddy kink was front and center, everything else felt rushed or underdeveloped. I appreciate what it was trying to do, but it didn’t quite stick the landing for me.
Review for His Little Man: The Complete Series I loved Tim and Cade. I know this is the "complete series," but I was left wanting more. I would be happy to see a complete series, part two! M.A. Innes writes great kinky love stories, and I always enjoy them. Highly recommend!
I have never read a book with this content before but I was actually really surprised to find that I enjoyed it. This book is super short so I definitely wanted more but I am going to read the next ones! I would definitely recommend people to step out of their comfort zones and try this book!
wow. I enjoyed that Tim, who wants to be a little, and Cade, who doesn't know much about it, work together to learn, grow and expand on what each other wants and needs. I would definitely like to see more of these two, and how their relationship grows.
I really enjoyed this story, the neighbours who become lovers is old fashioned but good. This book does leave you caring what happens next to the couple, glad there will be other books in the series.
Very fast introduction. It was hot, but something about him calling Tim little man is strange. It sounds like an uncle not a daddy. Maybe once in a while would be fine. Personally like baby better or little
Tim is lucky enough to have Cade, his neighbor, be understanding about his desire to wear diapers, and help him achieve his desire and get a Daddy. I look forward to learning more about Tim and his background in part 2, as well as more about Cade.
I think it was a good short story about how hard it is to ask for help when you think no one will understand what it is that you need. And the power of acceptance when someone finally understands.
A short & simple daddy kink/age play/ABDL series. There's nothing much to it. It was read back during my "daddy kink" phase. I'm going through older books and writing reviews, which is why I reread it.
I prefer full-length novels, with some depth, descriptions, and details. Little is learned about the MCs, and of course, everything is super rushed.
Other Tropes: size difference, D/s, and hurt/comfort. Told in dual POVs. Language is minimal.

Tim's completed steps to wearing diapers: Step 1: search online Step 2: decide what to order Step 3: buy diapers
He's stuck on step 4―putting on a diaper. Weeks later, his pep talks aren't working.
His hot neighbor, Cade, overhears a pep talk due to thin walls. While he finds Tim a bit odd, he's proud of him for accepting himself. Cade jerks off in the shower while thinking about Tim wanting a Daddy, and using his cock as a binkie.
Cade overhears Tim talking to himself in the hallway and encourages him, noting his increased confidence. Tim is embarrassed but relieved by Cade's positive response. Later, Cade checks on Tim, offering support and companionship, and they head to a pub to talk.
What's learned about the MCs: ● Tim was raised in foster care after his parents' deaths. ● Cade is a foreman at a local construction company.
Final scene: Cade, talking to himself, mutters that Tim likely sees him as a "creepy, overly nosy, giant ass." Tim's voice cuts in: "A little nosy, but not creepy."
Cade reassures Tim that he was serious about his offer to help. He's intrigued by diapers and the fantasies around them, which he finds sexually arousing.
At Tim's apartment, Cade helps Tim put on a diaper. It's a sexy scene where they sit on the bed and Cade touches Tim sexually, has Tim call him Daddy, and gets Tim off in his diaper. Cuddling follows, but no sex.
Short stories or rather series that are published successively in short stories are usually not the kind of book I like to read.
But HIS LITTLE MAN allured me for a few reasons despite this: 1. Daddy / baby play – a complete new genre for me that I’ve been wanting to explore for quite some time; 2. Fantasy of wearing diapers – totally strange and unconventional and I had no idea what feelings to expect myself at all, but I was intrigued; 3. 1. and 2. wrapped up in an M/M romance – hell yes!!; 4. That cover! – I mean… did you see those two beautiful men… and I’m talking abs and those striking eyes from the older guy… The two parts of a man’s body that draw me in the most. YUM! And the fact that despite it being an age play romance, the cover not being corny or strange like it is often in the genre.
That was before even reading the book. After reading the story, I was really surprised how much I actually liked it.
Tim was incredibly cute… his pep talks made me smile, him trying to convince himself it is okay to live out his fantasy, although most people wouldn’t consider it “normal”. Then there is Cade… the neighbor who is overhearing Tim’s pep talks and comes to his rescue, how he reassures Tim and finds himself fascinated by Tim and his kink, taking it even farther with adding age play to the diapers fantasy . However, what surprised me the most was the level of eroticism their story held despite the rather unusual and taboo kink. It was hot and sweet and sexy altogether and I found it very well-written.
If taboo age play / diaper kink is not for you, keep looking, but if you want to try something completely different this is the story for you!
Part two will be released shortly and I am really looking forward to it!
This was a cute little read, definitely on the fun-and-kinky taboo side. If you can't deal with daddy kink - move on. If it's your thing or you want to expand those horizons a bit, dive in and enjoy!
I really liked getting to know Tim... loved being a part of his coming-to-terms and acceptance of his kink (double-kink, really). I liked Cade a lot, too. It was fun experiencing things through his eyes as he came to appreciate his kinky neighbor. I smiled a lot and definitely wasn't ready for this to end. Very short and very sweet, this is a really cute read based on the guy-next-door and daddy-baby kink/tropes. I'm definitely looking forward to the next one.
*Received as an ARC for honest review from the author*
This is a really cute short story that revolves around age play. If age play (Daddy/baby) scenarios is not your thing then this isn't the book for you BUT if things taboo do it for you then it's a great read. Tim is just coming to terms with his long withheld fantasies. While working through his "steps" to bring his desires to fruition his good looking neighbor overhears his pep talks and comes to realize a few of his overlooked kinks. The guys come together to take the final step together and enjoy every moment and every inch on this journey of discovery. I received this as an ARC for an honest review and I look forward to the next installment.
I really enjoyed this book! I loved how sweet Tim was and how caring and protective of him Cade was. I was a bit nervous about reading this, I haven't read Daddy/boy to this extent with the diapers. But this was the perfect read to introduce you to it because you go along on the journey with both Tim and Cade. If you enjoy the Daddy kink, or are just open minded to a little of everything I think you'll enjoy this book. It was short and sweet and I was not ready for it to end! I can't wait to see what happens in Part 2 :) Received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
