A nice magazine about the history of one of the greatest hero in the marvel universe. It also features some of his teammates and villains, that honed him to be Captain America ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐
There isn’t much to say about this special anniversary edition.
It is excellently rendered for the Kindle Fire
It is a very thorough retrospective
It gives credit to those that began the series and resuscitated it several times
It provides a lot more depth on friends and foes than you would expect
I am not a big “fan” of Captain America but this is a welcome addition to the Marvel World and one that should be appreciated by those who have followed “Cap” over the years. 4.5*
Captain America has never been any of my favorites, but if I ran across it, I read it. Now I ran across this free Kindle version, so I read it. It was not what I expected, but I learned things I didn't know. It was interesting to see the history or development of the Captain America.
An overview of the evolution of Captain America with highlights showcasing why he is one of the comic world's favorite heroes, my personal favorite as well. It's a history lesson not only about Cap but also the comic industry, with comments made from a number of contributors to his character arcs, and insights into his enduring presence.
It was hard to read on the computer, some of the print is small, but overall, informative.
Information of cpt. America you will read, but you'll ha have to keep the focus since the writers apply different forms of writing. At certain points even unnecessary repeat mens. Nice pictures!
This is a great collection of interviews and facts about Captain America. Perfect for Cap nerds and Cap fans in general and an excellent addition to the shelf of Marvel and MCU fans.
Loved the history of Cap, and the fact he was shelved for years before thawing out, to become a memorable character in the comics I loved as a 12 year old…
When I attended the American premier of Captain America: Civil War at Belleville's Lincoln Theater, my girlfriend and I were handed copies of this magazine shortly after we entered through the door. Commentating the 75 years Captain America has existed as a character, the magazine chronicles a brief history of the character and provides various lists of story arcs, allies, and villains, as well as interviews with people relevant to the larger Captain America story. For a free magazine, it is a decent read and is good as a reference material for trying to place Captain America within the much larger Marvel multiverse.
