Self-help and personal development books generally stand the test of time. This one doesn’t. This was a door prize I won at a recent conference and I thought it would be somewhat enlightening. It was published in 2005. It still referenced fax machines. It still put women in subordinate roles to male managers. It was a waste of my time.

Food for thought: if you’re going to give away books at conferences, make sure they are relevant to current social times.
