I don’t know my own name, but fate tied me to him. Shifters are living under the streets of Belmont City, hiding from the federal agency that wants to see all paranormals dead. Eden Brooks, a captive of scientists who torture her, doesn’t know all this. In fact, she doesn’t even know her own name… until a shifter named Alec rescues her and she winds up in the middle of a desperate fight. Alec is a man who likes to stay neutral. Serving in the army taught him that following orders isn’t always in his best interest. But something about Eden’s delicate eyes, her sexy smile, makes him want to protect her for better or for worse. Their love is inevitable, but so is the battle that could end it all. Can someone like Eden help save them all? It’s what their future depends on. **Savage is the sequel to Feral, and Book Three in the Wild Heart Chronicles. It is a complete novel with a HEA and no cliffhangers.**

This particular book was so outstandingly superb. So much suspense with Eden in captivity, being rescued by a hawk shifter, Alec. Her only company has been the spirits she sees all around her. For someone convinced she is stark raving mad because of the spirits, she adapts well to their presence and help. The government lab wants her back. Alec refuses to let that happen At the shifter camp where Alec takes her for safety, they tell her that everyone comes out of the pool with some kind of power. She's sure that she does not have any powers. The harder she works, the more confident she becomes, the harder she wants to work. I loved watching her gain back her confidence and her independence. Maybe with the pool entering the water supply we'll have to see if anything happens. I was gifted a copy of this in exchange for an honest review.
Wow, it don't get any better than this. This was the best ending I've read in a while. Eden don't know who she is or why she was taken captive. She just wants out. She is rescued by a hawk who is a bird shifter named Alec. Alex took her home then they had to run from attack. The ended up at Undercity with all the shifters. Things get bad when they learn the FAIC plans to attack them. Eden has to learn how to use her powers before then. We get a lot of surprises with this book. I loved every part of this book and wish it wasn't over. Eden turned out to be stronger than even she thought.. I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
Eden tries to drown herself in the magical waters of the cave of sorrow, only to find herself washed up on its' shore, and being hauled away by an unknown group that want to experiment on her. Alec is being haunted by the cries of the beautiful woman he witnessed being hauled away by the FAIC. Alec decides he needs to find her and help her escape. I loved the story line and plot. This book is full of suspense and surprises. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
I received a free copy's of Primal, Feral, and Savage from Goodreads First-Reads, Thank You.
Well that tied it off nicely, I wonder if there will be more in the series?
I loved Eden's will to remember even with the mental "torture", Alec was okay but he was very closed off. I definitely liked Eden more. I'm so glad that Mara was still in the story, although I wished her power was permanent. I liked the ending very much and it made me laugh.
This book really was packed with emotional characters. It was a great ending to the series. Each book was well written with rich characters. I will be looking to read more from this author. I received this book free in exchange for an honest review.
Great series, looking forward to another book in this series. Characters are engaging and the plot line is different then your normal paranormal romance/shifter book
