Occasionally humorous but mostly badly written, juvenile tripe. I have no issues whatsoever with vulgarities, but they must be justified by good writing, of which this novel contains none. No character development, no interesting plot, no art or beauty in the prose. This reads as if a 13-year-old who has never had sex or seen a woman naked in real life tried to write a novel with absolutely no writing skills. I find it baffling that anyone would enjoy this novel unless they were still in high school, but then again, there's not much literary talent writing in Dutch, so I guess it's a low bar for success.
