Her love for him has spanned time.

After years of betrayal, Julia Murphy is starting over and attempting to leave her broken-hearted past behind. As a waitress at The Green Tree nightclub, she’s working to save enough money to finally take the college courses that will kick-start her new future. But fate has other plans. When two men viciously attack her, a tall, menacing stranger comes to Julia’s aid and thrusts her on a wild journey into a past that death has erased and a world she didn’t know exists.

His past and future collide

As the deadliest vampire warrior in the Surrey squad, Ace is feared and avoided, which is fine by him. He cares for nothing and nobody, including himself. But when he rescues a pretty waitress from a deadly attack, he can’t deny he’s drawn to her. However, this newfound attraction comes with consequences Ace never could have foreseen. He comes face to face with his tormented past, and Julia is the link. Now, he must decide whether he’ll fight for a love that’s spanned the ages, or if he’ll allow centuries old hate and betrayal to destroy their futures.

Another great book by Brenda Dyer.

This book follows Ace and Julia. Ace has been the grumpy loner of the Prophecy Series Vampires, and not overly likeable from the POV's of the other characters. However, this story we discover more about his tragic past and you garner a greater understanding of why is is the way he is, and actually its really very sad.

Julia is also a character who has lived a difficult life and throughout this novel, there are themes of betrayal, re-incarnation and redemption, as well as love. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and although I have loaved all the books in this series, this might just be my favourite. Perhaps I'm a sucker for complicated stories and complicated love, but the redemption arc is done so well and the resolution is just perfection.

I need more of Brenda's books!

I have been waiting for Ace's story since book 3. I am not disappointed. Book 5 is Brenda's best work yet in this HOT series. These books are addicting, amazing and the only world of it's kind, presented in a modern day setting (would that make it paranormal romance with an Urban Fantasy influence. I don't know,) but it is amazing to read from book 1 through book 5. It is awesome . . . the effects as the underlying theme evolves and becomes much clearer. Ace's story is standalone, however, all the books are standalone and worth checking out.

Wish I could give it 10 stars.

Each book and each hero just get better. Ace is an amazing character. This book is about overcoming betrayal better and stronger then you were. There are a lot of twists, turns, and emotions but this book is with it!

Prophecy's Healing by Brenda Dyer was an engrossing ALL-THE-FEELS paranormal vampire romance book, featuring a swoony damaged hero!

I LOVED every word of this book!! Ace and Julia were just so darn great together. The angst-level was PERFECTION. And Brenda writes THE BEST smart-azzy tough guy damaged heroes. I'm in awe of her work.

There were so, so many great lines and scenes... but here's one of my favorites...

Ace closed the distance between them. He cupped her chin and tilted her face up so their eyes met.

Holding her gaze, he stroked a thumb along her jaw. "I'll always save you."

I never fail to swoon when a protective hero says he'll always save the heroine!

Also, book 1 in the series, Love's Prophecy, which I also adored, is F R EEEEEE!!

I love returning to this series and getting to open a new book. The whole gang is just fun to read about. Ace, Soren, Roarik, Sin, Kal, Mel. Just a great vampire brotherhood series! PROPHECY’S HEALING is Ace and Julia’s book and Julia is a waitress (one thing I love about the series is all the heroines come from very relatable walks of life) who is targeted by two thugs on her walk home after work, where she is saved by Ace. I loved the terrible ex drama, and the creepy police. One of my favorite vampire-demon series! 5/5 stars.

A little tame

Ok so this book is calmer than the last four. Not so much fighting which I like and not life or death realisation of love. Just plan he see her she sees him they fight the attraction but still end up together.

Sometimes we allow our past to define us. Sometimes we allow our past to bend us, but not break us.

Never forgetting his past, Ace is a man who dominates, not with words but with actions. Betrayal from his past hardens his heart and he vows to never love again. After all, who needs love or friends. He has been just fine the past 300 years without them.

Leaving her past mistakes behind Julia moves to the east coast to start a new life. She gets a job, an apartment, and has plans for a future. A future that doesn't include love.

Ace and Julia's lives are on a path to cross when their past lives and future collide. Will love conquer all for these two? Will Ace realize that he is just a shell of a man without love?

Author Brenda Dyer has created a MASTERPIECE. Ms. Dyer has a unique ability, that very few authors possess. I think I love her and hate her for it. You will cry happy tears, you will cry sad tears. Your heart will tighten and feel as though it may explode, but in the end it will be worth the heartache. The writing is beautiful and the characters will have you remember what it was like to fall in love, and remind us that sometimes in life, we need a few bad days in order to have the good ones.
If your searching for an intense story of love, life and a HEA look no more! This book will make an excellent addition to any library. So, if you one-click any book, make it this book. I adore this author and can't wait for her next book!!

Brenda's writing is always consistent. In the fifth book of the Prophecy series readers will find a much darker story than in past books. Deep, unresolved hurt brews within Ace, the hero of this story. Three hundred years ago, he'd been double crossed by the young girl he lost his heart to.

This plot dwells more on redemption and learning to forgive which doesn't leave a lot of time for the other vampire clan members to make an appearance. They're in the story, just not a focal point. Brenda keeps the characterization steady throughout the book, and sometimes Ace, because of his inner demons, seems to toss out some hateful comments to the heroine prior to understanding the connection between past and present. There were no new revelations to the prophecy which readers will be hungry to get their hands on. Looking forward to some jaw dropping twists to come.

The prophecy series continues with it's dark edge, and fans of the Supernatural TV series will especially love the gritty and intense feel of the arc in this series and what the future could hold for the chosen ones.

I wish on every star and with every candle I blow out that this series never ends!!

This book tore me apart.. but put me back together with HUMOR(Ace's inner monologue is hysterical) LOVE(no matter how much he pushes people away they wont go) FORGIVENESS ( Ace finally learns its ok move on) and TEARS ( you would have to have no heart not to shed some tears for ACE) The tears were for the his past, present and future.
I loved how we get to see some of the other characters that we have grown to love.. I have always liked Eleanor but the way she handles Ace made me like her even more..
To me Ace and Julia's story was 1 of the best in the series.
I can't wait to read ANYTHING else by Brenda Dyer.. (fingers crossed it wont be a long wait and that it will be Black's Story)
