An Important Work
Within the work by the author, the ways and stages in which humans live in this earthly realm is defined. A person can perceive themselves through the ego mind, which can be very limiting and painful; or a person can live a life of awareness and presence which allows one to see life as it is without filters and also perceive an accurate sense of where they fit in this experience called “Life”.
The author breaks down the ideas and concepts in a straight forward manner; and presents a positive path for living from our true Devine nature instead of primarily the ego.
A truly enlightening and important work.

I am a student of The Course in Miracles, and I read Jane Roberts' Seth books when I was a teenager and in both cases I could hear the "voice" of who was being channeled. Not in this instance.
The book is really Advaita and Buddhist ideas. Which are all well and good, but I recommend people go to the original source of such works and not read this.
I would highly recommend Ram Das' "Be Here Now" for a truly life changing book on living in the present.
I wish I could get my money back, I am very annoyed that this is not legitimate work.

Amazing
Great book to read as one navigates through the journey of awareness and self realization. Simple but profound words. I highly recommend to persons who struggle during this spiritual journey with guilt, being perfect or ones who think the stage they are in is a “bad” one. This book teaches you how to love and accept oneself and others as we go through life. Amazing!

This is a Manual for Awakening, it is THE most important book I've read in my life, it answers everything; How to do shadow work, How to heal trauma, How to achieve Awakening, How to lessen the hold of the ego, absolutely everything. Absolutely incredible, a MUST read if you are serious about your spiritual awakening and psychological growth

For me, this book was not as interesting as other Gina Lake books.
I struggled sometimes with the concepts Gina was trying to teach in this book. I had to really push myself to get through this material. Hard to describe. Thank you anyway Gina, I enjoyed your book regardless. Please continue to write!
