Rate this book
Have you realised you care way too much about what other people think about you?

Do you often worry about making controversial decisions and bold statements for fear of judgement?

Are you fed up of living your life within the confines of what everybody around you thinks is normal?

Then you need to learn to stop giving a F***!

The benefits of not giving an F are limitless. The freedom of not caring about what people have to say about you is liberating , you are able to judge yourself by the only opinion that matters – your own.

Worrying about what others will say or think about you takes up precious time and effort that could be used on better things, so don’t do it!

Starting with the reasons why you need to stop caring about what people think about you, and then moving on to how to actually do it, this book will give you a new lease for life and a firm grasp of your own existence, helping you to enjoy every moment without fear of social anxieties.

Don’t waste your life being a people pleaser , moulding yourself to be the person others say you should be, without a second thought as to who you actually are.

Be the person you were born to be, and stop giving a F***!

Its a nice and simple book containing some very useful tips for non fiction writers. Fiction writers can also pick up some techniques from the book. The language is very interactive and smooth, anyone an easily connect with what is the writer saying.
