About the author

Claudia was born in Dublin and is a graduate of UCD, the College of Music and of the Gaiety School of Acting. Since then she has worked extensively as an actress on the Irish stage, but is probably best known for her role as TV’s Nicola Prendergast in the long running Dublin soap opera, ‘Fair City.’

Another ODS read and this one was fun. Lizzie inherits a crumbling mansion from her uncle, she moves to a remote village where the locals watch with bemusement as she struggles to renovate it. Her cousins want her to sell it so they can cash in, but Lizzie is strong willed and she just knows that a miracle will happen as its midsummer!

A fantastic read, one of my favourites of the ODS so far!

It was a nice read and Radford Hall is very pretty but it was quite predictable.
