Easy concept yet radical idea

The idea of taking yourself less seriously seems simple, but how? Grimes explains how and while it’s utterly simple, you may find yourself a tad resistant to it. However, it you grasp that childlike behavior again you may find that this is just what you needed to begin to be happy again.

What a blessing Tim Grimes books are. I have always taken esoteric studies far too seriously and in turn stopped enjoying myself. People often think too much alnd I suddendly felt happier about tipping myself upside down. Thankyou for helping me appreciate myself.

Tim Grimes books are wonderful. They are an acknowledgement that everthing we enjoy are our universal gifts. Thankyou for reminding me to let go. A great guide if you take esoteric studies too seriously.

It's Okay

In my opinion, this book doesn't throw any light on radical calmness and was a waste of time and money. The focus was on encouraging the reader to be more playful and silly and not take themselves and their thinking so seriousl. This has its rewards, but if your wanting some profound insights or wisdom to create more calmness in yourself or life, you won't find it here.

Essential Reminders

A gental reminder of the great potential of joy in the process of breaking out of social constructs and indoctrination that do not serve you.
Also reminds me of the importance of incorporating a brief daily or nightly workout; thinking with more of your body to better promote emotional stability.

A fun way to get out of old mind ruts

Trying to change the hold the mind has on our mental and physical well-being is a long slog or impossible, but Tim shows a way to cut through to the joy and calm that is still there.

Everything this book is about is in the first "chapter". It is a very short read, but you spend it reading the same thing over and over.

quick easy read and on point.

It’s a lot shorter than I expected, the content value however is high. It’s a good read, I recommend it.

Quick read with interesting concept

I read this book with an open mind, not sure if I would learn anything new. The concept of getting out of your own way to decrease stress is not new, as the author says, but playing to de-stress is original in this format.

I don't want to give too much away and this is a really short book, so take a look for yourself. You just might reclaim part of your childhood and/or sanity!

It's really this simple, if you're willing ...

Tim has discovered a hidden 'way' to happiness that has been there for ages. It's so paradoxical that almost everyone misses it. Becoming like a little child is the key. Read this book.
