Begin knit
I did not like this book! For someone just starting to knit the patterns were not that clear. If you are smart if you read them write down the pattern by the rows,will be easier to understand.

Good read, lacks detailed pictures
OK, but for a beginner's guide, this needs more step-by-step illustrations. Those pictures that are included would be more useful if they were photos rather than simple hand drawings.
