Just okay for me. I was trying to knock out some quick books to make my annual reading goal (!) and had this one on my Kindle. Unfortunately I don't think it lived up to the "double your output" promise in the title. It was just a list of things that most professionals I know do anyway, so nothing really new. And in some cases the recommendations seemed to contradict each other, especially when he advocates to-do lists and prioritizing them as well as categorizing them, then later says to ignore them and just "live in your calendar." But also, you know, do what works for you. Good advice I guess but I didn't really need a book to tell me that.

To do or, not to do?

This book helped me to look at my priorities. It has helped me to define what is important and what is not. The additional resources he provides are good tools that will help me to better preform the tasks that are before me.
