Dingetje
Dingetje is een van die creaties van Herman Koch die je overal herkent zodra je ze een keer bent tegengekomen. In feite zou Dingetje zo in Jiskefet passen, maar Koch heeft haar een papieren leven gegeven. Dingetje is een vrouw van rond de veertig die nog altijd de frontlinie van actiegroepen opereert in de strijd tegen alles wat burgerlijk is of niet deugt.

It was published in 17 countries. It was partly based on a true story involving a homeless woman named, María del Rosario Endrinal Petit, in Barcelona (Spain), in December 2005.
Koch was born in Arnhem, and later moved to Amsterdam. He studied Russian for some months, and lived in Finland for a while. Nowadays he is married to the Spanish Amalia, and has a son, Pablo (1994).

Aardige lectuur voor in de trein uit verveling. Maar er zijn betere boeken, ook van Koch's hand.

Te veel van hetzelfde. De eerste hoofdstukken waren leuk, maar daarna werd er niets nieuws meer geschreven.
