'International Financial Management' combines a strong foundation in international finance theory with current, practical applications. Cutting-edge international finance issues are presented along with a traditional treatment of international financial management.
Excellent textbook for understanding some of the more complex issues of international financial management. Most students can grasp exhange rate risk easily enough, but stumble over trying to wrap their heads around using derivitives to hedge thier risk. This book offers clear explanations without coming across as a dumbed down version, and the examples they use are actually realistic.
Never have I thought about reviewing a textbook. But as far as they go this one is pretty good. I felt it did a great job explaining the concepts. The summaries and questions and the end of the chapter were thought provoking and really helped bring it into focus. Really enjoyed the class and the information I learned.
This book was very easy to follow and was able to explain things easily and clearly for me to understand. Anyone who needs this book for a future class I would recommend and let them know that they will be pleased with it and understand everything clearly. The book gave great examples and was pretty up to date with today's society and economic problems.
