Book 1: Dare to Kiss
OMG, why am I only discovering this series now? I just love those Maxwell boys! Very entertaining, well written, with a strong MC you can root for and a plethora of gorgeous boys. And I loved all the drama and angst.
Book 2: Dare to Dream
Another great read, and a fab conclusion to Kade and Lacey's story. Loved how we had the same elements as book one with the addition of a suspenseful sub plot and some heart-in-the-mouth scenes that had me on the edge of my seat. Cannot wait to get stuck into Kelton's story as he's my next favorite Maxwell brother. Highly Recommended.

Kelton and Lizzie's story - loved it. A great second chance friends to lovers romance. Dillon is a great new additional character and I wonder if we might get his story at some point in the future?

Dare to Kiss –
Overcoming tragedy and trying to continue on with your life are the emotions running throughout this great book. Lacey and Kades story takes some twists and turns but the depth of their characters leave the reader with a better understanding of young love. I cannot wait to read more in the Maxwell brother series.
Dare to Dream –
This continuation of Lacey and Kade's story had it all...love, angst, sass, intrigue and humor. My emotions were all over the place and I could not put it down. These characters were so developed they felt like they could be real people. Overcoming so many twists and turns kept the pages flipping quickly. I recommend this book highly. Cannot wait for more from this author.

I have loved the Maxwell family since the first book in the series and I cannot wait to read more!!

They where amazing
I very much enjoyed reading these books I can't wait tohear read the next set. Laterally excited to see how Kody turns out he seems too said I want to see him happy.

The Maxwell series is a great YA series with just enough angst thrown in to not drive you crazy. SB Alexander did a great job of bringing these characters to life and addressing PTSD

October 9, 2016This series is well written and takes place in and around Boston. The Maxwell family consists of 4 surviving children, all male. Kade. the oldest who loves a female baseball player with PTSD. and the triplets, Kody, an aspiring musician, Kross a semi-pro boxer. and Kelton, the Law student, who lost the love of his life when his girlfriend's sister accidentally killed their baby sister Karen 7 years ago. Books 1 and 2 are about Kade and Lacey, who found her mother and sister murdered at home, and the mob that is trying to kill her, even though her father is the illegitimate son of the head of the Italian Mafia who was adopted by the head of the Russian Mafia.
Book 3 is about Kelton running into his one true love LIzzie, while he posed as a nude model for art class. His ex-girlfriend Chloe, who is Lacey's cousin, throws a monkey wrench into the equation.
I recommend reading this series. I can't wait to read about the rest of the brothers and their love lives.

5+ stars This is an awesome series of books. The set is about three of the six Maxwell son's. Each of the books is about the different older sons. Hopefully, if the author already hasn't done a 2nd set about the remaining three brothers I'm hoping she will. Others have mentioned what each book is about and the strong women in their lives. These books contain suspense, romance, deep sorrows, uplifting joy and intrigue. The author keeps the stories constantly entertaining as each builds on the information in the previous book. They could be read as stand-alones but i enjoyed these contemporary romances in this set. I received a complimentary copy via Book Review 22 and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading more books in the future by Ms. Alexander.

Despite the great reviews this book didn't work for me. The first book ends in a cliffhanger which would have been awful if I didn't have the series. Reading the second book I was wondering how crazy it was gonna get. Really...mob families. Not to mention Kade seems so much older than he is and for the life of me I just don't believe that he has no plans after graduation. The ending was lackluster. I didn't bother reading book three as I just wasn't in to the writing.

Great story with great characters
I fell in love with the Maxwell family right away. This band of brothers stick together and love each other fiercely. Lacey is a strong but traumatized young lady with a big dream. Who better to help her than the strong loving, Kade Maxwell. This is a great series and I look forward to additional books featuring the Maxwells.
