I didn’t like the way the notes were set up. It constantly just quoted other works or brought up new cases?? My other case books pointed at places of tension with rhetorical questions, but eventually explained the concept or case at hand.

This casebook was fine. The biggest issue was that it had a lot of squib cases, but many were pretty big decisions that should have been highlighted a little more.
